31 July 2010 - SMI™ Talk

SMI™ Talk: MNO vs HYIP.com

Greetings from the beautiful tropical country, Malaysia! I’m sorry I haven’t posted much updates the last couple of days, but now I’m back and the Internet is running as usual again.
I’ve been reading extensively (whenever my Internet works actually. Lol) on news and updates around the industry, specifically the issue encompassing the fight between the two biggest and oldest monitors/blogs in the industry: MNO vs Hyip.com.

Before I start, have you heard of the story “Clam and Crane”?

It’s an old Chinese story that depicts the fight between a clam and a crane, both of which were
reluctant to give in to each other. It was a fight of will that no one would win.

After squaring off for several hours with seemingly no resolution within reach, an angler (or fisherman) walked by and noticed the two. A bright idea came up.

He walked up to them, and grabbed both the Crane and the Clam, carrying them back home to prepare a sumptuous meal. Talk about good luck eh?

So anyway, what I’d like for you to take home from this story is that it doesn’t matter who’s in the right or wrong – none of either two will benefit from an unhealthy fight. And considering the fact that these two monitors are the biggest, and arguably the oldest, sites with perhaps the most following as well, it simply isn’t doing the industry any good when they have childish competition.

I know it is not my place to comment on the legitimacy of this argument, but I do consider it my civic duty (to this industry as an investor) to strike and to invoke the awareness of other investors of the crippling effects of such a fight.

Impact on HYIP industry

Investors are always the ones who bear the brunt when fights between monitors occur. Note, however, that a competition and a fight are two similar, but totally different things. A healthy competition between monitors usually serves the purpose of inducing competitiveness and, subsequently, higher quality monitoring services. This is the norm in our society.

On the contrary, an ugly fight, such as the one we’re discussing, simply helps no one. It doesn’t concern me regarding the validity of all those rumors about MNO being the bad guy and HYIP.com is the actual victim – I’m just concerned about the investors’ welfare.

How do such fights affect the investors, you say?

Well, for one, miscommunication is a huge, HUGE issue. We’re looking at monitors, who are supposed to monitor the real status of a program, reporting misleading information due to personal interests! If even a monitor couldn’t uphold their value, why should we even seek their services?

The basic working layout for this industry is based upon trust and faith. We need reliable and trustworthy people for the industry to operate. Why should we condone such unhealthy practice amongst monitors if it could potentially pose adverse effects on the investors’ interests?

For example, CherryShares, one of my top recommended programs, was previously caught offguard by malicious threats from one of the monitors. While I can’t distinctly recall much of the exact words used, the content goes something along the lines of if CherryShares wishes to be monitored by either MNO or HYIP.com, it has to choose one and one only.

This is just junk dirt pulled out of a monkey’s butt. (pardon me for the use of language), but I really do not see any point of employing such dirty tactics. Both of these monitors are reputable sites with long standing record of commendable work. Yet to see them fighting over who deserves to monitor one particular HYIP is simply outrageous!

The core message here is please do not be misled by such petty arguments. I have noticed that both MNO and HYIP.com have allocated a lot of time towards condemning each other. Right now, perhaps most investors would see it as an interesting story, a court jester’s play to entertain the industry, but in the long run, there will be some adverse effects on the industry, if we haven’t witness the aftermath already.

Thanks for reading and that’s all for this week’s SMI™ Talk!

See you tonight with more industry news!

27 July 2010 - Wazzup™ HYIP News

Hi guys! Sorry for the very, very late post! Internet was down for the whole day yesterday, and I just managed to get online!

Here are some news:

It appears that FinalEarn had some problems processing their LibertyReserve(LR) payouts due to system error. To compound the issue, payouts had to be processed from LibertyReserve's Wallet as well, which takes a little more time as this means the user would have to manually transfer all the money. Nonetheless, all issues have been settled as of this writing. (July 28th 1.34am)

The admin took the opportunity to reiterate that FinalEarn is growing stronger due to the ongoing referral contest -- most likely a response to some widespread speculations that FinalEarn is collapsing and this is the admin's attempt to squeeze some money before running away.

In addition, the admin warns those members who attempt to trick the system by creating fake accounts and signing up under themselves that severe punishments will be administered. This is a common, albeit illegal and not recommended, practice during referral contests.

Here are the details:
Hello everyone,
Yesterday we had some problems with Liberty Reserve API And SCI and because of that all withdrawal requests were processed using the Wallet for LR requests that caused a bit of delay.
Also, Liberty Reserve deposits and some deposits for Perfect Money were not automatically credited by our script.
We manually added all of these missing deposits in their respective users' accounts so all is in order now. It took much of our time but we did not mind at all because it's our pleasure to serve you.
Now all SCI and API for LR and PM are operational again and Final Earn is on normal mode like before but there is something that has changed....Final Earn is stronger than before!!! We now have more than 2,300 users and still growing. There might be too many users who are promoting their referral links for win in referral contest. our Alexa ranking proves it with a rating around 70k as of this writing.
Regarding the ongoing referral contest, we have noticed that some users are creating fake referrals under their username to win in this contest . Let me make a warning to all these users. We will delete them and will freeze their funds if you still continue doing that. We are working honestly on the backstage so don't try to cheat us .
This will all for now and keep promoting Final Earn.
Best regards,
Allen

MoneyWave is officially Not Paying anymore! The admin has failed to reply any of my emails regarding pending withdrawals, which only justifies my decision. I can't say I'm not disappointed because the program looked quite interesting on first glance. As I have mentioned before, the longevity of a program relies heavily on the admin's intentions. Please do not invest there any longer guys!

That's all for today folks! I'll see you tomorrow with my latest edition of SMI™ Talk!

25 July 2010 - UniteTrade Review and Wazzup™ HYIP News

Greetings!

Despite a bleak investment climate, one short-term program has survived for over 111 days online without a single trace of wavering. One might presume that this program's a scam that's run by monitors only as only monitor votes can be found on forums. But upon closer inspection, as I have with OilForexTrading, which continues to pay on a regular basis, it seems this program's worth a look as well. The name's UniteTrade, which claims to be the Best Online Money Maker Team.

UniteTrade

Payment Plans

UniteTrade offers only 2 payment plans, which are straightforward and easy to understand. Here's a look at the plans:
  1. 120% After 7 Days

    • Pays upon expiry

    • Min: $5 Max: $5, 000

    • Risk level: Mid

  2. 150% After 15 Days

    • Pays upon expiry

    • Min: $100 Max: $60,000

    • Risk level: Very high

Both plans pay upon expiry, and you can need to request the payouts manually. In my opinion, the 2nd investment plan is a risky gamble, and would only suit those who are feeling a little adventurous. Indeed, for those who are willing to make the gamble, the return would be very sweet, but please proceed cautiously because keep in mind that the minimum to invest in the 15-day plan is $100. Not a small amount, but perhaps it might be worth the risk for some.

Payment Processors: Jack of All Trades

The wide availability of payment processors attracted my attention in the first place. When I first glanced through the site, I could see banners of AlertPay, LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney and a few more furnishing the front page. However, the actual ones being used were only LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney. Of course, I was dissatisfied and decided to send the admin an email inquiring whether he would include other processors.

He didn't disappoint as AlertPay and StrictPay are now accepted as well.If you're not aware of the StrictPay issues, currently the administration of StrictPay is struggling to keep the payment processor online due to funding difficulties. This means StrictPay is not a viable option to invest as you can't withdraw your money anyway, or at least until StrictPay comes out with a solution for withdrawal. Therefore, the only usable payment processors here are AlertPay (verified account), LibertyReserve, and PerfectMoney.

Hosting and Security: Good, But Not Great

Security-wise, although UniteTrade doesn't yield a high score in my book, it's still above average and should suffice for the time being. UniteTrade hires the service of Staminus for their hosting needs, and employs DdosWhiz for Ddos protection. Ddos is like a concentrated online mafia attack, which could easily render a site unusable for hours or even days. Although the site mentions of SSL-encryption on the front page, I noticed that there's no such service available. One good way to check is by inserting an s at the end of http on your URL bar. If the site doesn't load, this means SSL-encryption is not available. A licensed GoldCoders script is used here, and navigating through the site shouldn't be a problem for most users who have at least some experience in HYIPs, especially since many popular short- / mid-term programs have chosen to use this script.

In short, UniteTrade is a good investment opportunity that should be capitalized as soon as possible because, as cliched as this may be, "the early birds get the worms". So get in quick and grab a bite before the pie's gone!

Pro:
  • Wide selection of payment processors

  • Attractive plans

  • Reliable hosting and script

Con:
  • No Live Chat

  • Lack of real member support

Wazzup™ HYIP News:

I would like to post a warning about MoneyWave, which hasn't answered my emails pertaining to pending withdrawals. I'm placing them on hold first, and I sense this one's a scam already. Please do not invest there until further notice!

24 July 2010 - Wazzup&trade HYIP News

Today's HYIP news and updates:

There aren't any news from any of the programs I'm monitoring today, but I'm taking a close look at one program that could possibly distinguish itself from the rest of the games out there.

A reader recently posed the question on my shoutbox, few days ago actually, and I felt compelled to take a closer look. I won't reveal the name at the moment, but I will definitely post more about it in the near future.

Interestingly, the admin has ID-ed himself recently, and invited me to have a Skype chat with him anytime soon. I look forward to that as it'll be the first time for me to have a conversation with an admin.

Anyway, all the programs I'm monitoring are still paying, so no worries!

Enjoy your weekend and I'll see you tomorrow!

23 July 2010 - Inspiration for today & Wazzup™ Daily news

"I'm not afraid to take a stand
Everybody come take my hand
We'll walk this road together, through the storm
Whatever weather, cold or warm
Just let you know that, you're not alone
Holla if you feel that you've been down the same road"

This is a special tribute to those who have been burned by HYIPs, scams, and hopefully we'll come back up, together hand-in-hand, and make a come back in this industry. =D

I find those words exceptionally meaningful, and could very well be applied in our industry at the moment. As a blogger, I'm "not afraid to take a stand", and be different from the rest out there. Maybe you're tired of hearing the same ol' positive, everything's-beautiful reviews. Maybe you're tired of hearing the same lies from the same admins. Or maybe you're just tired of getting burned.

Well, I'm here. I'll be different from the rest of the bloggers.

"Whatever the weather", I'll be here. I may not be Paul The Prophet, but at least I will report everything I see as I see it. No hiding. No second guesses.

You guys are not alone. Yeah, those admins could run away with your money for once, or maybe twice. But we'll work together. You and me. I have been around for a while, and while I can't accurately predict which program will collapse, I do have a thing or two in telling whether a program's collapsing soon. Hopefully my experience, along with your help, will stop those malicious admins in their tracks.

"And I just can't keep living this way
So starting today, I'm breaking out of this cage
I'm standing up, Imma face my demons
I'm manning up, Imma hold my ground
I've had enough, now I'm so fed up"

Wazzup™ Daily News:

LRXFunds' admin is adamant about continuing, with no signs of running away like any other admin. Despite my previous warnings about LRXFunds closing down (which it really did), what surprises me is the admin's integrity. As of this writing, he's still processing payments for LRXFunds, albeit a little slower than usual. He's now literally processing payments for both SNSAdsClub and LRXFunds. In our current climate, for a program to sustain over 70+ days is quite an awe-inspiring demonstration of effective administration and sincere hard work. Here are the details of the latest newsletter from the admin, entitled "Important Update":
Dear Cody, I want everyone to know that I am continuing with payments in LRXFunds. Some payments may be a little slower than normal because as I said earlier, many people stopped depositing in LRXFunds and started putting in larger deposits in SNSAdsClub, so what was happening was SNSAdsClub was having to carry the "weight" of its own payments plus some of LRXFunds payments. However, my plans are for no one to EVER loose funds with any of my programs. Payments will continue until all have been paid....but again this may take a little longer than I was paying at first.
LRXFunds was not sustaining itself PLUS I just did not have the time to run 2 sites. So, LRXFunds is now closed.
I urge everyone to get on over and join SNSAdsClub if you have not already. I want to concentrate ALL my time, energy and efforts on ONE site as I believe SNSAdsClub has the ability to become a great, mega site. That program has been online for 73 days and paying every day and is doing VERY WELL.
Here is the stats for SNSAdsClub:
30% daily for 4 days=120% (MUST SURF PLAN)
25% daily for 5 days=125% (Non-SURF PLAN)
http://www.snsadsclub.com
Then of course we have our beginner plans we opened with when we launched the program 73 days ago.
SNSAdsClub continues to be very healthy and well able to sustain itself. So, you can earn as much or even more with SNS than with LRX. Get on over there and register and start to earn in what will become one of the biggest, best sites ever.
Tony

Now, without a doubt, the admin of LRXFunds and SNSAdsClub has shown impartial devotion to running great programs, but this recent newsletter, entitled "Paid Advertisement" from him somehow leads me to suspect that he's either running another program under a disguised name, or a partner of that particular site. He claims to be a good friend of the admin, and he wishes to show his support for a fellow friend as a gesture of good will. That's perfectly OK, moral-wise. But financially, I think that's not a smart move at all. If all the investors are moving to his friend's site, who's left behind to support SNSAdsClub?

I'm assuming based on the premise that everyone has limited cash to invest, that is. I can't say I'm very impressed with his "friend's" site, so I won't really recommend joining. However, the choice is all yours to make. Here's the "Paid Advertisement" newsletter:
Dear Cody, An extremely good friend of mine has just started his own HYIP (non-surf) program and asked if I would announce it to my members. He is such a good friend has helped me many times over the past several years. I told him I would do this for him. He, will be just as diligent with payments as I have been and I can tell you first hand, he is VERY HONEST as well.
Here is his site stats:
http://www.4Xprofit.com
25% daily for 5 days=125% (Cashout at expiration)
17% daily for 7 days=119% (Cashout Daily)
5% referral commission
Min. deposit is $5
Max. deposit is $5000
Liberty Reserve Accepted
Jim is a great guy and will treat you right. BUT....in the process of joining his site....even though he is my friend, dont forget SNSAdsClub....LOL.
AND....I forgot to mention that Jim said for the FIRST 100 members that deposit he will pay a 5% BONUS on your deposits. This is for the first 100 members that join and deposit.
I am also continuing to work on payments in LRX....as I said earlier I will pay them little by little until they are all payed. I know the forums have us listed as closed....that is fine, I will still work on payments even though we are listed as closed.
Tony

22 july 2010 - MoneyWave Review and Wazzup™ Daily News

A recent surge in the launch of short-term HYIPs has led to many investors changing their investment strategies in order to adapt to the situation. With that said, the program I’m reviewing today should be looked at as nothing more than a money game despite all the juicy offerings such as attractive payment plans, SSL-encryption, and a 7% referral commission return, among others. Without further ado, I present to you: MoneyWave!

MoneyWave claims to be involved in, guess what, foreign exchange (foRex). Supposedly, a group of “experienced” brokers and analysts is assembled to form this HYIP, “officially” registered in USA with the office based in United Kingdom. From this point on, I am sure most already know what they’re presented with – a money game. I urge you to take all that’s written with a grain of salt, and do not invest more than you can afford to lose.

Payment Plans

There are essentially 4 types of plans being offered here, which are 1-day plan, 2-day plan, and 3-day plan and 7-day plan. Each plan pays according to how much you invest. For example, for the 1-day plan, if you invest $10, the return is 105%. If you invest $10,000 though, which isn't an amount I would recommend spending, the return is a mouth-watering 128%. Each plan pays upon expiry, and you will have to request for the payment manually.

The 7-day plan, however, seems ridiculously lucrative, offering 770% after 7 days. All deposits will be paid the same percentage, so for those willing to take a risk, this would obviously be the most profitable plan.

Design, Hosting & Miscellaneous

On first glance, the web design seems attractive for me to take a closer look, and subsequently, an interest in the program itself. I think that’s the first step in successful marketing – an eye-catchy presentation to capture the investors’ heart. Upon further investigation, MoneyWave is hosted on a dedicated server by BlackLotus, a fairly reliable service provider, which had proven itself in various past occasions. The same company also provides Ddos protection for MoneyWave. Besides, SSL-encryption, which helps to protect your sensitive information from being stolen, is also available.

All’s good and pretty on paper, but what concerns me is the script.

Apparently, the script seems like Goldcoder’s, but upon further checking, MoneyWave’s script is not licensed. This could either mean the script’s not Goldcoder’s, or the script is purchased through the black market. What this means to you—the investors—is that security is compromised because unlicensed scripts usually have coding errors and security potholes, which hackers usually take advantage of to hack into the back office. I could be wrong here, so I’ll send an email to the admin to get a clarification on the issue.

Payment processors

I can’t say I’m not disappointed to find that only 2 payment processors are accepted here, which reassures me that the admin’s not entirely ready to commit himself towards his investors. As we all know, certain payment processors, AlertPay for example, require that all business account holders certify their real identities. LibertyReserve, on the other hand, does not. And the same goes for PerfectMoney. If the admin’s serious in running a good program, he should at least include AlertPay, which is also one of the most popular payment processors in the industry right now.

Noteworthy Mentions

A juicy 7% referral commission is offered here, which is slightly higher than the usual 5%. Referral commission is paid for any investment made by those whom you’ve referred to the program, which means if one of your downlines makes a $100 deposit, you will earn 7%, or effectively $7, from his/her deposit.

After only 1 day online, the program already has over 100 signups with approximately 70+ active accounts. The amount of active deposits has reached over $6000+ with only slightly over $200 in withdrawals. By doing simple math, we know that each active account makes about $100 in deposit. As MoneyWave offers a 1-day plan, which is a very popular plan for those who seek some quick cash, it’s not hard to believe those stats.

I’m sure I will sound like a grandpa, but the cliché “early birds get the worms” is especially true in this one. Get in early, and get a share of the money pie.

That’s all I have for you today folks! Thanks for reading and let’s move on to the Wazzup™ Daily News!

21 July 2010 - Wazzup™ Daily News: LRXFunds Closed

Today's HYIP news and updates:

LRXFunds has, as predicted in my SMI™ Talk last week, decided to close up shop despite the admin claiming that the program has seen an increase in number of signups, but the amount of deposits, on the contrary, is declining. This has supposedly forced him to shut down LRXFunds, and instead, focusing entirely on SNSAdsClub. If I were you, I'd stay away from either at the moment. The admin promises to continue payouts for those who still have active deposits in LRXFunds, and I appreciate his honesty in running this program. However, I am announcing here that LRXFunds is Closed now. Here are the details:
Dear Cody, I want to send this IMPORTANT announcement out concerning LRXFunds. This program has began to grow in members but the deposits have been dropping somewhat. I think many people are more secure with our other program SNSAdsClub. So, many more have been making deposits in SNSAdsClub than in LRXFunds. Plus, running both sites is taking a toll on me killing all my time daily.
So, I have decided to CLOSE LRXFunds. If you have deposits in, you will keep earning and I will keep paying as I can.
Other wise I would URGE everyone to go join our main site: SNSAdsClub.
As SNSAdsClub we have a MUST SURF Plan:
30% daily for 4 days=120% and a NON-SURF PLAN (HYIP PLAN) 25% daily for 5 days=125%.
So, as you can see, you can earn just as much or more in SNSAdsClub. Plus that site is doing very, very well with upgrades. SNSAdsClub is over 70 days online and paying every day.
So, get on over there to SNSAdsClub, join and begin to earn.
http://www.snsadsclub.com
Please dont send me many emails as I have stated in this message, everyone will continue to earn and be paid as I can get to it.
Thanks
Tony

I've just joined a new program called MoneyWave, which was just launched yesterday. The site looks good, with SSL-encryption, Ddos protection, Live Support, and a wide variety of plans offering up to 120% in 1 day and 160% in just 2 days. But, of course, those returns are achievable only through higher amounts of deposit. Apart from this piece of misleading information, the site looks pretty solid and I'll review it as soon as the first payouts are processed. Please stay tuned for more news on this program!

That's all for today folks! Stay tuned as there will be more HYIP news on the industry tomorrow!
Good night!

20 July 2010 - SMI™ Talk

Without a slither of doubt, HYIP industry is at a record low. Right now, I’m sure many old-timers are already feeling disappointed, if not heart-broken, to see that the HYIP industry has plummeted to such a low; an unprecedented event actually.

I read a very interesting article by David from his blog that discussed, in length, about the possible factors that led to the current climate. He also included some examples of well-managed programs, such as TheVault, as countermeasures to hit-n-runners. I think it was very well written, and every investor, be it a neophyte or old-timer, should take a look. The article can be found here: Link

In response to his article, I want to post my own opinion on this matter. He mentioned that most long-term programs from 2009, such as GNI, Infinitiva, SazaInvestments, and most notably, GeniusFunds, collapsed because it was their time to go. I do agree with his statement, but I would like to add something to that.

I think GeniusFunds, for example, had enough funds in there to keep themselves afloat for at least several months, but it was simply greed that took over the admin(s). Of course, having a hearing with the Canadian government didn’t help matters as well. And there were some investors and bloggers who tried to make a name for themselves by being “prophets”; they predicted that GeniusFunds was going to collapse in X weeks. Was it helping the situation? No. But did they have fun doing it? Boy did they!

Some might ask why I think GeniusFunds had sufficient funds? It was as clear as water that no other programs out there were even close to being a real competition to GeniusFunds. Some investors that I am personally close to had invested close to $50,000 each. And they were reinvesting almost all the time, keeping the cash flow as fluid as possible because they, too, were aware of the risks when cash flow comes to a halt.
To make matters worse, the Canadian hearing prompted a hysterical response from investors who thought this was a 12DailyPro re-enactment show. And many bloggers/monitors took advantage of the situation to make a name for themselves.

And, with Genius’s collapse, comes the real “domino” effect, as mentioned by David. Suddenly, investors found themselves short of cash to effectively pull out of trouble. Add to that the terrifying surge of unemployment globally around mid to end of 2009, cash, for one, was scarce. People had to pay for piling bills, kids’ education, car loans, house loans, education loans, and the list goes on. They had to pull themselves away from these HYIPs, especially when all the programs collapsed one after another. By doing some simple calculations, if one had invested $3000, divided equally among programs such as GNI, GeniusFunds, and SazaInvestments, one would receive close to $800 per month. Some may think that’s a small amount, but for a family with 2 kids and an annual income of slightly over $30,000 (an average income in US), that’s a much-needed financial boost. When all those programs closed, that means the family lost one of their most crucial income streams. To add salt to wound, let’s assume the father – the breadwinner in the family – received the dreaded news from the company at this particular moment, how are they going to survive? How are they going to pay for all the bills? The only way out would be to stop investing in HYIPs, and save, save, save!

I won’t deny the fact that many high-quality programs launched after the collapse of those big programs, but most didn’t even make it past the 6-month mark. David mentioned that some new programs compromised themselves with a huge launch, and I have to agree to that. Programs such as Euronanoinvest targeted investors who made profits from those big, deceased programs, and launched an intensive advertising campaign at the get-go to ring in as many investors as possible. Many bit the lure, and I have to admit, EuroNanoInvest looked very promising at that moment. Nonetheless, the good fortune, or rather the lack of it, didn’t last long. The bad thing about fast growth is that fresh deposits end faster too. There is a limited investor base in HYIP, so when most, if not all, players have already made their first step, the growth just stops there. In other words, a program can only grow as far as there are as many players in the industry to support it.

Besides, greed plays a major factor here as well. Imagine when you log into your account and you see $20,000 in there. The money’s all yours to take, and there will be virtually no consequences if you decide to pull the plug and take off. For experienced admins, they know better than to scam at an early stage as they could possibly get more money if they could keep the program up for another 3 or 4 months. That’s why I suspect EuroNanoInvest, and a list of other new programs that shared the same pace of growth, was managed by young, inexperienced admins. They succumbed to greed and decided it’s better to walk away with all that cash.

When you put all these factors in play, the outcome is our current investment climate. Fear and Greed, these 2 are the main driving force that pushed our industry towards this free fall. Is it the investor’s fault, or are the admins at blame? I think this is a chicken-or-egg question, but what we could focus on is how to solve this problem.

David mentioned that an innovative idea is a good solution. Yes, that’s a good start, but I think it wouldn’t suffice. No matter how honest an admin is, or how creative, innovative or sustainable a program is, all that matters is whether there are enough investors depositing. Look at ProfitStars, which introduced some reinvestment incentives to encourage investors to redeposit, but failed to even make it past the 2nd cycle. The novel idea to encourage reinvestment already set the path for the program to take off, but I guess, eventually, the admin decided to scam just because he’s satisfied with a mere few thousand in his pocket. He failed to realize there could be more potential to his program. If the admin doesn’t believe in the product that he’s selling, how should we expect the product to succeed?

Therefore, in conclusion, I think for a program to be successful, or even just to be sustainable, there are 3 things that are needed:

1) A creative idea
2) An honest admin
3) A ready investor base

At the moment, the investor base is still at an all-time low because many left the industry to pursue better, and arguably more stable, investment opportunities. Plus, there are many still seeking a job. But I do believe that some day, maybe next month, maybe next year, but some day, these people will come back. When this recession is over, and people are getting their jobs back, we will see our industry back to its prime. Until then, I would suggest coming back to my blog often to keep yourself abreast with what’s happening in the industry, and to know more about what other “ground-breaking” articles I have for you! :D

18 July 2010 - Feedback time!

Hi guys! Today it's another quiet day in the industry.. I haven't received any updates from any of the programs I'm monitoring, so there won't be any Wazzup™ News for today.

I'm currently well on my way on preparing this week's SMI™ Talk. In the meantime, I would like to hear your feedback on what's your favorite HYIP at the moment? I'm sure there are many programs out there that slipped through my monitoring, so please do let me know!

Send me an email at safemoneyinvest@gmail.com ok guys!

17 July 2010 - Wazzup™ Daily News

Today's news and updates:

FinalEarn announced that their AlertPay and StrictPay accounts are now open to deposits. It appears that StrictPay is still having fund problems, and according to StrictPay's last newsletter, it won't be a problem that will be resolved soon. In line with that, I think it's safe to assume that you can't use StrictPay to deposit, hence, only LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney, AlertPay, and SolidTrustPay can be used as means of deposit. Meanwhile, FInalEarn is reviewed on another famous blogger's site. I would recommend reading as many reviews as possible because it's always good to gain multiple perspectives on a program. Who knows, someone might have the inside info. Here are the words from the admin:
Hello
Review of Finalearn.com has been published on MNO and you can see it here

Other New :
Alertpay and strictpay has been added to our site and all Finalearn members can invest with this payment processors .
Best Wishes for all FE Members

LRXFunds is currently having some problems with their STP payments, which, according to the admin, happens due to maintenance issues with SolidTrustPay(STP)'s website. I predicted in my last SMI™ Talk that LRXFunds will be closing up shop soon. I still stand by my prediction. I could be wrong, of course, but regardless of what happens next, this program's burning up its fuel fast, and it's pretty obvious from my point of view. Here are the details about the STP issue:
Dear Cody, I want to explain about the STP pending payments. I have a few members who are awaiting payment by STP. Yesterday, STP started having problems with their site and I kept getting a message about a My SQL Error on their site. Also, I noticed all day yesterday that I was not getting any email verifications when I would send or receive payments by STP..... as I would get this message up top:
Mailer Error: The following From address failed: support@solidtrustpay.com
Now, the problem today is, I am NOT at home. I am 200 miles from home and I am on my broadband service that uses a different IP each time I login. STP is set up so if you try to login from a different IP, it will send an authorization code to my email and I have to enter the code to get into the STP account. PROBLEM is, the STP site is NOT sending emails to me, so Im not receiving the authorization code.............SO.....I can not login to my STP account to make payments. I will continue to try all day and if I get in I will pay the STP pending payments. Otherwise, they will just have to pend until I can get in. I will make a phone call to Stella there today, but with it being a weekend, I may not be able to contact anyone. I ASSURE you this is a STP issue and not with us. YES you can continue to make deposits with STP but I cannot make payments right now. Trust me............it will be resolved so don't panic if your STP payment is not paid as quick as usual.
Tony

That's all for today folks! Tomorrow will be another edition of SMI™ Talk, and I'll be quoting extensively from another fellow blogger, David about current issues in the industry! It'll be a very interesting edition, so be sure to tune in tomorrow guys!

15 July 2010 - FinalEarn Review and Wazzup™ News

Hi guys! Today I bring forth a short-term program called FinalEarn (hopefully you'll be the final person earning, not the admin. Lols!) that some members dubbed it as the admin of TruEarn's 2nd shot at HYIP industry. If you guys didn't participate in what could've been the most successful short-term program for the first half of 2010, TruEarn ran smoothly for a couple of months until a series of hiccups, such as AlertPay suspension and alleged fraudulent funds forced the program into closure. Nonetheless, there are no substantial proof to show that these 2 programs are related, and in my opinion, it doesn't matter because past performance doesn't guarantee future returns.

Anyway, let's take a look at the program:

FinalEarn offers only 2 programs, both of which pay upon expiry. The first plan pays 115% after 3 days, with a minimum of $4 and maximum of $50,000. The 2nd plan pays a handsome 140% after 7 days, with a minimum spend of $10 and a maximum spend of $50,000. Of course, the 2nd plan offers a very alluring return, but that's at the expense of your investment's safety. In other words, these sites are all money games -- don't spend more than what you can afford to lose.

The site impresses me with the number of payment processors accepted. Currently, all top 5 payment processors in the industry, namely AlertPay, LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney, StrictPay and SolidTrustPay are accepted. In addition, Bank Transfer is available as well, according to the site. Nonetheless, I think you need to send a support ticket to the admin in order to request for Bank Transfer. I'm sure many of you are aware of the StrictPay incident already, (click here if you haven't) so I don't think StrictPay is a viable option at the moment because the website itself is hardly accessible. That means the real deposit options are down to only 4, which is still looking much better than many programs out there.

One thing that concerns me is the web design. I'm not simply not convinced -- the web design looks like it was prepared overnight, with a bunch of non-matching colors being slapped together into 1 page. That's how I feel when I first saw the program. I can clearly see that the designer's attention to details, or lack thereof, shows that he/she's not putting enough effort into it. If I am to put an appropriate price for the design, I would say around $80, or even less because there's not much customization done. It won't surprise me if the designed used the design previously, and only did some slight modifications to fit FinalEarn.

Nonetheless, design's not everything about a site. I like the plans and the security-level for this program, which is why I'm doing this review today. Never judge a book by it's cover.

For what's missing in visual appeal, the admin makes it up with good security. The site's hosted on a dedicated server by Staminus with Ddos protection by DdosWhiz. A dedicated script from GoldCoders makes this site pretty solidly packaged, with good hosting and a somewhat secured script (recent updates to the script has improved on security).

"FinalEarn is engaged in online trading of Foreign Exchange (FX), Stocks, Stocks on Margin (CFDs), Futures. Our company is an investment advisory firm that solely trades the Forex market with the objective of aggressive growth. OPTIMAL invest is a boutique firm specializing in only four major currency cross pairs including the USD/CHF,USD/JPY,GBP/USD and EUR/USD." This is the site's business model: foRex trading. I'm sure this isn't something new to most of you already, as most HYIPs like to rely on foRex trades to make a quick profit as it is, according to them, the "risk-free" method of making money. I would suggest reading all these description with a grain of salt.

As the program's just launched, it's highly recommended, if you wish to take part at all, to get in right now because early birds get the worms! Good luck guys!

Wazzup™ Daily News:

Unfortunately, I have to move FreshReturn to Problem status today because I have 1 pending payment over 24 hours already, and no response from the admin regarding the situation just goes to show that this one's almost over. Please do not invest there any longer!

That's all I have for today folks! Thanks for reading and see you tomorrow!

14 July 2010 - Wazzup™ Daily News

Today's news and updates:

StrictPay released a short notice the day before that their site will be moved offline for maintenance. It's open secret that StrictPay has been facing some complications with regards to their banking issue. It seems this time the administration of StrictPay is finally deciding to work things out once and for all, although there have been times in the past where the administration made empty promises. As of this writing, most HYIPs shun away from StrictPay because they can't withdraw their money from the account anyway. Here are the details:
StrictPay Customers
We will be taking the StrictPay website offline all day on Wednesday to complete some site maintenance, and to implement some updates. Shortly after we come back online late Wednesday, or early Thursday, we will be sending out an update concerning our banking situation. Any updates will be posted at
http://extremesurfs.com/blog and http://www.yourplatinumfunds.com.
We suggest you bookmark these two websites, and check them daily, as the update will be sent soon. We will be releasing updates to these two websites to insure that every customer has the chance to see the news at the same time. With the sheer number of customers we have, an email to all customers can take most of the day to get to everyone, and we want to make sure the new customer gets the important information at the same time as an older customer.
Thank you
Team StrictPay
www.strictpay.com

I was just informed that the highly-anticipated newsletter from StrictPay was released just few hours ago, and here's the red hot news from them! It's quite a lengthy one, so grab yourself a cup of coffee and brace yourself for some good, and bad, news!

StrictPay Customers
We have spent numerous months trying to battle this situation with the banks and authorities that are holding the majority of our funds, as well as trying to keep StrictPay in business by making the changes outlined in the email update sent on 5-29-10. The problem now is that we are not making any progress on the situation with those two entities, and we have received more news from our legal team. They feel that with the latest developments with the frozen funds, that we
are very likely looking at this issue not being resolved for at least 12 months as a best case scenario, and possibly up to 24 months as a worst case scenario. We still cannot speak of any specifics, other
than to say (as we stated earlier) that two of the major merchants that accepted StrictPay as a payment option were being heavily investigated by the authorities, and we were pulled into that
investigation as well due to them accepting us as a payment option, and even more so because all three of us had accounts with the same bank.
Due to the frequency and volume of their requests, one of them found out which bank we were using and specifically got an account at that same bank in order to get funds transfers more quickly, as well as to save them some bank fees. Only a select few customers knew the location of our main bank containing the majority of our funds, and that will never happen again. This is also why we have always sent and received funds from banks other than the ones that hold the majority of our funds.
We know it is frustrating for everyone, but we need to do what is right for our company, and that means that we cannot give any other detail on this legal matter. We want to stress again that there is not an issue with StrictPay being involved with these two merchants, but it is almost as simple as us having the majority of our funds in the wrong bank at the wrong time.
It is important to note that we had a similar situation happen to us quite some time ago with Stanford Bank, and we recovered from that without any issues that involved our customers or the time we took to process transactions for you all. As a matter of fact, we still have not had a single penny returned to us from that situation, but we kept being able to serve our customers none the less. It is also important to note that our owners have recently added just over $100,000 of
their own funds to help us try to continue to process as many of the withdraw requests as we could these last few weeks. They did this even though we have not had much support since the original update was sent on 5-29-10, and the situation looked like it was going to get worse.
We understand that we are very behind on many withdraw requests, but we have used this entire 100k with virtually nobody reporting to the various outlets that we have indeed paid them. 70k of this money was used for processing bank wire withdraw requests, including some to exchanger services in hopes that they would continue to work with us, 20k was used to process debit card withdraw requests, and 10k was used to process check by mail withdraw requests. We have not gotten very many deposits, and we have even held off on processing ACH deposit requests until now when we received a better update concerning the situation.
We would hope this shows that we are not just trying to get new funds so we can run, as seems to be one of the widely reported rumors circulating. That being said, we will need new funds to support us in the future, as we will outline below, but this is not in order to accumulate funds for ourselves, but rather to help all of our customers recover their own funds more quickly.
With this latest news of the possible best and worst case time frames it is likely to take to resolve this issue, we are only left with two choices to keep StrictPay in business. Those two choices are:
1. We put StrictPay on hold until this issue with the frozen funds gets resolved. This is going to take somewhere between 12 and 24 months to resolve, and during that time our customers would not be
able to get any of their funds out of their accounts. This would mean that there is essentially no more StrictPay activity until this situation is resolved, and we feel that this option does not help
anyone in the short term.
2. We keep StrictPay in business and activity continues, including the customer support, transaction processing times, etc. that you all have commended us on in the past before this current situation caused us to fall behind. We do this by creating one sub account for every current StrictPay account, and start each sub account with a zero balance. We allow all current accounts to work as they are now, and all people that make deposits, or receive funds transfers, from this
new sub account to another new sub account, will have their funds go only into their new sub account.
Each customer’s older accounts with their current balances can still be used to send and receive funds if they wish, but the balances on those old accounts cannot be used to withdraw funds. We think this is very important as it allows customers and merchants to use these accounts freely again, and you will eventually get these funds moved to the sub account that can be
withdrawn out as we will explain below. We have been told that many merchants are not taking StrictPay because they feel they are stuck with “dead funds”, but with the system we will explain below this will not be the case. The new system is a great way to build and work with your current account, and over time those funds will get moved to your new sub account that can have funds withdrawn from it.
To continue with number two above, here is how the new system will be implemented. Any withdraw request from a current account will be refunded back into that account. New customer sub accounts will be the same StrictPay account number but with a “-1″ after them, so customers and merchants alike will know exactly what customer account sent the funds (either a sub account which can have withdraws, or the older StrictPay accounts that cannot have withdraws). Sub accounts with the “-1″ will only be able to send and receive funds to/from other sub accounts, and older accounts will only be able to send and receive funds to/from other older accounts without the “-1″.
With this new system in place, if customers begin to use our services again as they have done for well over 2 years, we will then start to take no less than 0.75% of the 2% Send Funds fee every few weeks and credit that amount to the sub accounts of every customer. This same credited amount will also be taken out of the older account, and thus customers will be able to again begin to gradually see their funds move from the older accounts that do not allow withdraws, to the newer sub accounts that will allow withdraw requests.
We obviously feel that number two is the better of the two choices. Now it is very important to realize that this will only work if people use our services like they did before. We would hope that will be an easy choice for people to do, as this will help everyone eventually receive all their funds, as well as the fact that our superior customer service was what made us as big as we are now. StrictPay in fact started many of the trends you see in the payment processor industry today, such as the live chat support option, and shorter stated customer service reply time frames that were actually met. We have always been proud of the fact that we were heralded as having the
best customer service in the industry, and this will continue after these new changes are implemented. We are sure that some will say they would not use us again, even with the implementation of these new changes, and to those people we would ask “Why?” Before this happened, StrictPay was a top option for many customers and merchants, and if we truly wanted to just fold up shop and disappear without trying to help our customers, we would have done so before dumping over 100k of our own money into trying to keep this afloat.
We also will continue to use what is universally considered the best DDOS protection company, one that is not even connected to this industry, and we would not continue to pay for this service if we wanted to just close up shop.
Implementing these changes also allows us to offer better withdraw limits for our customers. We will still leave the “real time” withdraw request time frames in place so you can see how long requests are currently taking to process, but keep in mind that it will take the first few days of withdraw requests being entered into the system to really become accurate. Here are the new withdraw request maximum limits:
Wire withdraws: $100 minimum and $7,500 maximum Debit card withdraws: $10 minimum and $1,000 maximum Check by mail withdraws (available to U.S. customers only): $10 minimum and $2,000 maximum Please keep in mind that we still have the following options available for depositing funds, and all options will be “no fee” options until further notice: ACH (for U.S. customers only), bank wire, and personal check, money order, or cashier check by mail.
StrictPay continuing to do business should also be welcome news to one of the bigger merchants (and their customers) that were using our services until they had to put things on hold for sometime. There is word that they are about to begin processing refunds to their customers, and once they make a deposit into their new sub account, they will then be able to start refunding StrictPay customers as well. This in turn will provide us with fees from the transfers that we will use to help to move funds from the old StrictPay accounts to the newer sub accounts that you can withdraw from.
The bottom line is this: If people use our services by depositing funds into their new sub accounts (which can also be withdrawn from at any time), and use us as one of their main payment processor options again as they always have, then we will recover from this. Eventually
then ALL customers will get their full balances moved to their new sub account over time, and things will be back to normal more quickly than if everyone had to wait up to 24 months in hopes that we recover all of our funds. Lawyer fees will not allow us to get the entire amount back, but we do not foresee anything else cutting into that recovery amount. We all have a lot to lose if people choose not to continue to use StrictPay as a payment option, but we can all only gain if everyone uses StrictPay as they always have in the past.
We would like to leave you with this one last question: What do you have to lose by using StrictPay again, knowing that we have always been there in the past for our customers without issue? If you still have a need for an online payment processor, then why not choose to use StrictPay as you always have.
As always, we appreciate you choosing StrictPay as a payment option, and we shall see over the next few months if everyone will actually help us get back to a sense of normalcy using this new system.
Thank you
Team StrictPay

LRXFunds sent out a newsletter announcing the end of their 20% First Deposit Bonus. This, in my opinion, is quite a big red sign already, as the admin also noted at the end of the newsletter that anyone who wishes to take advantage of the offer should do so immediately . While I understand the dynamics of promotion and advertisement, in this field, such an action from an admin, especially one who runs 2 program simultaneously, is a no-no. Here are the details:
Dear Cody, I am going to end the 20% First Deposit Bonus TOMORROW. Reason is, both of our sites, LRXFunds and SNSAdsClub are growing every day and taking more and more of my time to run. I am the ONLY person making payments, adding bonuses, posting in forums (as admin), enabling sites in surf rotation in SNS and sometimes I sit in front of this computer until my arm aches.....LOL. So, to ease my work load some, I will cut the bonus in LRXFunds tomorrow. The bonus was started as an incentive when we first launched LRXFunds and never intended on giving the bonus forever.
HOWEVER, I will from time to time have special bonuses in one or the other program to continue to make earning fun.
So, if you have never deposited in LRXFunds and would like to take advantage of the 20% First Deposit Bonus, you need to deposit before midnight server time......as that will be the cut off time for the 20% first deposit bonus.
We continue to grow every day..........and we will very soon be a mega site.
Thanks for all your support.
Tony

13 July 2010 - SMI™ Talk and Wazzup™

Hi guys! Welcome to another edition of SMI™ Talk. If you're unfamiliar with this episode of my blog, you can read previous SMI™ Talk posts on the right hand column of my blog. In short, I discuss about my weekly strategies, upcoming HYIPs, experiences and other HYIP-related issues. Today will be a somewhat short post compared to previous editions, but it's still full of information nonetheless. Read on to find out more!

Upcoming Sizzling Hot Program(s):

Oilstructure

With the publication of my recent review of this program, many readers have gained a deeper understanding of the fundamental operations, which they have enthusiastically conveyed to me. As such, I am confident, along with my readers who have decided to jump on this bandwagon, that this program could possibly be one of the hottest programs in the industry in a few more months to come.

If you haven't read the review yet, you can check it here: Link

OilStructure is now only a month old, yet the Alexa ranking has broke through the high 60,000, with a really solid following on various major forums. On MoneyMakerGroup, for example, the number of pages for OilStructure's thread is already over 120! While this does not directly translate to a guaranteed success, I do believe having a strong supporting base will contribute immensely towards building a solid empire. Hopefully this will be the case for OilStructure, provided that the administration intends to do his/her/their best to run this program.

Strategies: To Invest or Not To Invest

Been waiting desperately to find a quality HYIP to invest for the summer but still sitting on the fence? Well, that's not necessarily a bad thing, because still, I think the industry hasn't recovered from the recession -- a direct correlation with the global economy (unemployment means no extra money to play).

I still want to say this: Save up a little for now. Whether for rainy days or just to raise enough funds to buy that new iPhone 4 that was just released a month ago, it's always nice to have some backup funds for flexibility. I honestly don't see any good programs worth throwing thousands of money in (yet), so don't waste time looking for it -- it's not there.

Why? Because admins are having their summer holidays too! I know, some of you might think this is a joke, but technically that's a logical explanation isn't it?I found out not too long ago that a handful of these admins are middle aged adults and a couple of them are youngsters -- 2 of the most spendthrift demographics. Kids' education, family vacation, PSPs, PS3s, iPods, holiday gifts -- all these need money. And what better way to spend the summer than taking a trip to Hawaii and sip a nice glass of cocktail?

So, in conclusion: DON'T THROW YOUR MONEY AROUND. Save up, and you'll appreciate it 2 months from now.

Prediction

Here's another sensitive part of SMI™ Talk, and I have been approached by members prior to this who questioned the validity of my predictions. I'm obviously not the magical Paul The Oracle (a miraculous octopus), so I could err at times. But most of the time, I feel responsible to warn my readers early on if I see any red signs. Today, I have yet another program to warn. Last week, I predicted that SevenStarProfit would not make it through the week after doing some research and close monitoring -- I was right. It's all up to you whether to believe me or not, but I hope my research could help you make a more informed decision before you reinvest.

This week's prediction: LRXFunds will collapse soon, likely within the next 2 weeks or even earlier.

After some rather odd and seemingly desperate newsletters from the admin, it seems like the time's ticking quickly for this program. I recall that I posted a glowing review of LRXFunds, however, I noted promptly as well that this is a tricky situation for this program as the admin has to manage 2 programs at the same time, and from my previous experience, good things didn't emerge for such programs. I do have to credit the admin for his commendable effort in running 2 successful shows at the same time, but member support is still the one and only crucial factor in keeping the shows up on stage. I think the supporting base is thinning rather too quickly as many members have opted out of this industry, and this could very possibly catalyze the program's collapse.

I sure hope my prediction is wrong, so let's hope for the best.

That's all I have for this week's edition of SMI™ Talk! Next week I'll be posting an interesting post in collaboration with one of the more popular bloggers in the industry, David from dvdhyip.blogspot.com!

See you guys then!

Wazzup™ Daily News:

Today I received an interesting email from a reader who wanted to post a warning to all the HYIP enthusiasts out there. Recently, a group of sketchy people tried to take advantage of the current HYIP climate, offering services to trace down HYIP admins who scammed. This isn't new to me; in fact, a few of them approached me in the past and gave me their word that if I would advertise their service on my blog, they'll pay me a handsome sum for my effort. Of course, I rejected on the spot because, for one, there's no way such a service existed (they claimed they've been in operation for a few months) and no one heard of them, or even recommended them. Obviously the testimonials page is all bull-crap as well. Nonetheless, this nice member sent me the email, with the link to the website, to ask me to warn everyone. So here's the link to the website, and PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THEIR SERVICES! It's a scam!

HYIPRECOVER - SCAM SITE

Today ProfitStars' website suddenly disappeared without a trace, and many members complained of pending payouts to their AlertPay accounts. I mentioned in my review that this program offered a very interesting concept and could possibly outlast any short-term programs in the industry if the admin would show some integrity. Well, as I've noted in my earlier posts, the admin started to show his greedy nature as he organized contests and bonuses to attract members even though the program was just launched a day earlier. I think this spells the end of the program already, so please do not invest there any longer!

That's all for today folks! I'll see you tomorrow with more news from the industry!

12 July 2010 - OilStructure Review and Wazzup™

Hi guys! Today I bring forth another highly promising program that could most likely lead the industry in its recovery from this current HYIP crisis—given that the administration puts some serious effort into running an honest program. This one’s a long-term HYIP, in my opinion, but of a uniquely conceived one. I’ll explain more on that later, as I’m really excited to get started on the review.

Oilstructure

Business Model: Oil Industry Speculation

First off the bat, let’s take a look at this company’s business model. OilStructure is an “international commercial organization” that is based on oil industry. The company collects, analyses and processes information” pertaining to the oil industry and further makes a speculation on the oil industry. If you’re not familiar with the global market, oil industry is one of the most lucrative industries in the world. In fact, petroleum hit a sky-high price of over $100 per barrel several years ago, a phenomenon that most likely triggered global attention to producing sustainable and economical alternative energy sources. While all this sounds perfectly logical with a good chance of making stable profit, please proceed carefully and consider wisely before investing.

Payment Plans: 5 Different Stages

The program’s payment plans are separated into 5 different periods, but note that this does not mean the period is dependent on the amount of deposit. In other words, the longer you invest, the higher the return rates. Let’s take a closer look.

Periods of Investment

The 5 periods are separated into Stage A, Stage B, Stage C, Stage D and Stage E. These stages are categorized according to the age of your deposit. For the first 25 days, you’re in Stage A, which pays 2.0% daily. Early withdrawal is allowed here, but OilStructure will charge you 100% withdrawal fee, which means whatever you earn during this 25 days will be the only funds you will receive for your investment. In short, if you choose to withdraw within these 25 days, your principal will not be returned and the most you could possibly recuperate is 25 * 2% = 50%. Or if you choose to compound*, the entire profit from the 1st 25 days will be counted as principal, which means you will not receive anything in return.

Payment Processors: A Speck in the Jewel or Blessing in Disguise

Payment options are somewhat limited, and this is one part of the program that I would like to see improved. As of this writing, only LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney are accepted. While those 2 payment options are widely used in the industry, most investors, myself included, would like to see AlertPay and SolidtrustPay, among others, to be included.

I noticed that many long-term programs, such as EuroNanoInvest, had managed to sustain themselves for quite a long time despite offering only 2 payment processors. Well, most of those programs eventually collapsed after some time, but I just need to stress that there’s a possibility for OilStructure to continue even without offering other payment options -- only that it’ll be much better for the program’s growth if it does open up its options. Nonetheless, offering only 2 payment options allows the admin more time to focus on prompt payments. Thus, increasing confidence amongst investors – a direct correlation to increased sustainability. Therefore, having only 2 payment options shouldn’t be seen as a shortcoming.

Web and Hosting: Top Class

Among other things, web design is top-notch and I was really impressed on first glance. This was one of the primary reasons I wanted to review this program because I haven’t seen that many well-prepared programs serving up such an interesting package for a while now. The site’s hosted on a dedicated server by BlockDos, a top-class Ddos protection cum web hosting company in the industry, and SSL-encryption is provided by GeoTrust. As of this writing, the site’s Alexa ranking is already hitting the high 60,000. And I am very surprised to see such an excellent performance after just a month online. Another factor in favor of OilStructure is the long list of reputable monitors and forums currently keeping an eye on the program. Some of the most frequently visited forums such as MoneyMakerGroup, TalkGold and DreamTeamMoney are listed as well. While this display of support from various monitors and forums does not speak much of OilStructure’s administration, it does go a long way towards forging, and establishing, a strong impression amongst investors. And this usually, if not always, helps to ring in investors.

In a nutshell, OilStructure has fulfilled most, if not all, the criteria to join the ranks of GeniusFunds and NanoMoneyCorp. I’m very, very impressed with the fundamentals of the program, bottom-up and it’s perhaps one of the most well equipped programs in the industry at the moment.

The platform’s all set, and it all boils down to member support and above all, an honest and effective administration to let OilStructure take flight. Let’s hope for the best!

Wazzup™ Daily News:

SevenStarProfit has officially closed its doors last Friday as I predicted in my SMI™ Talk last week. The admin sent out a mass newsletter announcing the closure, but not without drama. The closure was attributed to lack of member support. The newsletter was very interesting indeed, and if the admin really left an impression on me. It’s a first for me to actually read an interesting farewell newsletter, which included statistics, drama, grief, quoted conversations, etc. If anything, the admin has proven that he’s as honest a HYIP admin as anyone can be because he held up his words and refunded some of the latest deposits prior to closing the entire program. There’s much to be learned from this experience, and I hope no one lost too much in this program (which shouldn’t be the case for those who took my humble advice in the last SMI™ Talk). Here’s the newsletter:

ProfitStars is now in a trance! According to the admin, following a glowing review from a famous blogger, the program has increased its popularity with over 70 new signups and excess of $7,000 fresh deposits coming in just a day. The admin also reminded that there are 2 contests being held concurrently, and urges all members to participate in the contests. Here are the details:

Tomorrow night will be the release of another edition of SMI™ Talk for the 2nd week of July, which will include a closer look (read: reanalysis) at some of the programs I’m monitoring and I have another prediction for one of those programs. I’ll see you guys then!

APOLOGIES

Hi guys! I'm so sorry! These few days I'm at a place with totally no internet at the moment. I found a small coffee shop to actually go online and post this at the moment. But please do not worry, I will be posting some really interesting topics on Monday, as I will be back home by then.

Sorry guys!

Anyway, please do not invest in SevenStarProfit anymore because as predicted, the program collapsed today.

Thanks!

Wednesday, July 7, 2010

Greetings from Jakarta, Indonesia! Today will be a regular daily update on the industry’s latest happenings. Not trying to deprecate the beauty and greatness of Indonesia, but Internet has been a great disappointment here, and I haven’t been able to properly spend time checking on the industry. Therefore, it will be just a plain, old update, hopefully you guys don’t mind!

Today’s news and happenings:

ProfitStars is now 3 days online, and the admin is already riding the heated enthusiasm in the industry to encourage more members to sign up. As of this writing, the admin is initiating ProfitStars’ first referral contest, which will start today July 8, 2010 and end on Saturday, July 17th 2010. Admittedly, I think the admin is still unsure of the conditions for the contest, and I’m hoping he’ll have a clearer guideline on the contest because otherwise, this will only appear as if he’s trying to ring in some fast cash. Hopefully that’s not the case here, because I sense a lot of potential for such a program to work. Anyway, here are the details:
Dear members, As promised I am starting the referral contest tomorrow. The rules will be quite simple. The main idea of this action is to bring to ProfitStars as many investors, as you can. Sure, they all must have deposited. And, I think, both number of the referrals and the amount referred in total will be taken into account. All active members can take part in this contest (even monitorings and blogs). The contest starts Thursday, July, 8, 00:00 GMT and will end on Saturday, July, 17, 20:00 GMT. The rules can be found on the just added "contest" page. Prizes will be $300 for the 1st place, $150 for the second and $75 for the third. 4th and 5th places will be also awarded by $25 and $15 respectively. Hope you all will be having fun and making some money at the same time. Good luck, everyone.
Kindest Regards,
Mike

FreshReturn has been paying me almost instantly without fail so far, and despite the fact that the admin has been really quiet so far (seems like there hasn’t been any newsletters from the admin after 8 days online), I think the program still has a good solid round to go. Let me know if you have any questions about this program!

SevenStarProfit refuses to sit down and die like any other short-term program out there as it continues a solid paying streak. So far things are progressing nicely for them despite the recent AlertPay incident. Some of my readers have approached me regarding my recent prediction of SevenStarProfit’s fate for this coming week. And I’m still sticking by my decision that SevenStarProfit will reach its end before end of next week, if, and that’s a big IF, things do not make a turn for the better. This is entirely up to the members’ support, and as well as the admin’s initiative towards promoting the program.

That's it for today folks! Thanks for tuning in! I'll see you tomorrow with more daily news from the industry!

6 July 2010 - ProfitStars Review and Wazzup™ Daily News

Today I bring forth an innovative program called ProfitStars that offers a unique reinvestment-reward concept that caught my eye and what follows is this glowing review, which will hopefully boost the program’s popularity.

ProfitStars was just launched yesterday, and what does this mean for you as an investor? The golden opportunity to make a profit! In this industry, the golden rule is: get in early. You’ll not get a better advice than this, and because the program is still at its infant stages, I think you, as an investor, will most definitely benefit from this review.

Before we take a closer look at the payment plans, I would like to elaborate more on the reward system that’s called one of the “3-GET” opportunities. The “3-GET” are GET $0.10, GET Bonus, and GET 4%.

GET $0.10 is a reward for members who post and vote on forums and monitors. This means each payment post from an active member will receive $0.10 to his/her account balance at the end of the day. The admin will review all the payment proofs and credit the rewards manually. On the first day of launch, apparently many members were curious and interested in this system, which warranted a newsletter from the admin later that day which explained the criteria for a payment proof to be valid.

The criteria for a valid payment proof are:

1. Contains the member’s username
2. Contains the batch/reference number and the sum

Payment proofs without the above criteria will be voided and the reward will not be credited. As some members are not comfortable posting their account numbers in public, the admin clarifies that it’s OK to replace numbers with XX for anonymity. Please take note guys!

The 2nd GET is GET Bonus, which awards members who reinvest. For every 1st reinvestment, the member will be awarded 1% of that deposit, which means the daily profit will be counted based on the member’s 2nd deposit + the extra 1% bonus. For example, if member A invests $100 for the first time, he will not get the bonus, as it’s his first deposit. Upon maturity, if he reinvests $100, he will get an additional 1%, or $1, added to his active deposit, which will be a total of $101. And the profit will be calculated based on $101. For the 2nd reinvestment, the member will be credited with 2% bonus. Successive reinvestments from then on (>2) will be credited with 3% bonus.

Now here’s the interesting part: for each reinvestment that you make, you will earn a ProfitStar. It’s like a commendation badge for each reinvestment. Once you reach 5 ProfitStars, or 5 reinvestments, you will get the opportunity to invest in an exclusive plan reserved for members who have demonstrated such loyalty to the site.

This is where the 3rd GET comes in: GET 4%. The exclusive plan is actually a daily paying, somewhat long-term plan. Once you reach 5 ProfitStars, you can invest in the exclusive plan that pays 4% daily for 90 days, with the flexibility of recalling your deposit at any time you wish with no penalties for early withdrawal. As you can recall your deposit at any time, whatever you earn from day 1 is pure profit, given that the program doesn’t scam during that period. Lols. Nonetheless, this is a privilege-- if you choose not to invest in this plan, you can invest in the original daily plan as well.

I would like to commend the admin for coming up with such an innovative idea, but opening up this exclusive plan only for investors who’ve reinvested 5 times doesn’t seem practical because the central question still remains: will this program last that long for an investor to reinvest 5 times? And will a member be THAT confident to even reinvest? This is something that I hope the admin will address in my interview with him. Hopefully he would agree to the interview.

Now that I’ve elaborated on the “3 GETs”, let’s take a look at the payment plans.
  • Daily Plan: 36% daily for 3 days
  • Net profit: 8%
    Min: $5 Max: $2,000
  • GET 4% Plan: 4% daily for 90 calendar days
  • Net profit: 360%
    Min: $5 Max: $2, 000
Payment processors are up to par with industry standards as LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney, AlertPay and GlobalDigitalPay are accepted. Note that if you’re an AlertPay Personal Pro or Business user, I would advise against using it to invest in the daily plan because the withdrawal fees are very high, which will render your profit to close to zero at the end of the plan. So you should be careful when you invest in the daily plan. I’m sure you don’t want to incur a loss for investing even though the program pays you!

A so-called “high performance investment program” is expected to utilize some of the high performance tools as well, isn’t it? Well, I guess the admin does mean game as the script is licensed from GoldCoders ($140 value), the site is Ddos protected by BlackLotus, and has SSL-encryption as well. Nonetheless, the site’s not hosted on a dedicated server, so I assume that this will raise curious question marks amongst members, especially considering the fact that this site is sharing the same server with a program that scammed recently called AlFunds. Please do take note that this DOES NOT imply that these 2 programs are managed by the same admin – sharing the same server with multiple other sites is a common hosting practice as it makes economical sense. Nonetheless, I’m still sure this will invoke some serious questioning for the admin.

As of this writing, I’m happy with the way things are going. In fact, I included ProfitStars in my yesterday’s edition of SMI™ Talk (read here). The early bird gets the worm, so if you want to join this one, please do so early.

Wazzup™ Daily News:

SevenStarProfit is now celebrating its fifteen-day online, and the admin is urging members to start promoting the site. I like the admin’s no-promise policy because I don’t like all-bees-and-beautiful bull-crap. The admin’s taking a different approach in this industry, as for the first time, a HYIP’s posting the actual number of deposits going into the program. Here are the details:
Dear members,
Today we're celebrating our fifteen day online. Well, you can say 'Not a big deal John' and you're right. But please do not forget that we're currently in a hard HYIP crisis or something like that. So, fifteen days of our program with such a good ROI (Return On Investment) become a good date in this point of view.
I promised you that you wouldn't make any promises so I won't do it today too. But I'm sure a lot of you want to know, "Should I keep (or start) investing with SevenStarProfit or it's too late?" With that question in mind, I came up with a little different idea to show you not only our withdrawals but deposits too.
Today, on our Payment proof page
https://sevenstarprofit.com/index.php?a=cust&page=payments_proof
you can see list of deposits that have been made to SevenStarProfit for the last 24 hours as well as the cleared list of pending withdrawals dating on the 6th of July.
Direct links:
Deposits:
https://sevenstarprofit.com/images/5-6jul_deposits.gif
Pending withdrawals list:
https://sevenstarprofit.com/images/6jul_withdraw_requests.gif
As you can see, there is no point for us to be going anywhere if we can attract more than +$1000 in just 24h. But there is still one thing I don't find exciting in our project. It's our membership base. We have only 300 members and I can't call it a good number. I guess it's up to you, members, to attract more investors into our program by inviting your friends and colleagues. If we pay always in time with no problems whatsoever, why not recommend us to other people? You can safely say, "I'm earning with SevenStarProfit good money. You should try it too! You can always keep your investment sensible, starting with only $10-$50 and if you like it, you can always add more and earn more! Of course there are some risks, but life without them is just too boring!".
Besides, you will get our 5% referral commission for every deposit your friend has made. Please, be more active, guys. If you really want SevenStarProfit to become next big success story. If you want one more healthy and stable high ROI program paying this summer, then start inviting your friends! Flood investment forums with your payment proofs. Vote for us on any monitor you like.
On this week, we have new sticky thread on our official forum on Money-News-Online:

ProfitStars sent out its first newsletter expressing the admin's surprise and enthusiasm about the site's progress after just 24 hours online. The site currently has over 100+ members and over $2500 in total deposits, which averages out a $25 deposit for every member -- a totally believable number. In view of this encouraging progress, the admin has decided to reward those who post their payment proofs on forums and monitors. Here's something that I am not particularly happy with because the program's moving at a slow, yet healthy pace, and doing so (rewarding members for posting) is a tad too early for an infant site like ProfitStars. Nonetheless, I do appreciate the admin's enthusiasm, and let's hope for the best. Here are the details:
Dear members,
ProfitStars is just a little more than 24 hours online but I am frankly amazed to see that huge interest people show towards the program. We have now 104 members vith over $2500 deposited. I must say this is pretty far beyond my expectations!
If the run keeps on showing such a growth of it's strength, for sure ProfitStars will be one of the most desirable programs in today’s hyip arena. However, we all need to work hard to make this happen and deserve this. Every day for the program should be better than the day before and that is why I decided to reward your activity on the forums and monitoring sites by giving you bonus for each proof of the payment you receive from ProfitStars.
Only by working together will ProfitStars be reliable for a long time. I would be very thankful to you if you posted about how happy you are with the payments received on the following forums and monitors:

I will update this list later this week when it will be a time for a few more monitors.
That’s all for now, stay tuned for the terms of referral contest tomorrow.
Regards,
Mike.

Unfortunately, I'm moving PragmaFinancialGroup to Problem status today as the site suddenly vanished into thin air. Well, this is another expected outcome as the growth for this program stopped long time ago, perhaps in the middle of June, and I'm quite surprised the program managed to go on for half a month without any significant advertising campaign to ring in more funds. Please do not invest there for now until further notice.

That's all for today folks! Thanks for reading and I'll see you tomorrow!

5 July 2010 - SMI™ Talk

Welcome to another edition of SMI™ Talk, where I discuss my latest strategies, my predictions for the week and various other money-making related issues. Today I won't indulge myself in the usual, so I will only focus on 2 very important topics:

1. Top programs for the week

2. My predictions

3. Promotions

Top Programs for July 1st week:

Right off the bat, I would like to mention 2 new programs on the block that I think are primed to take centre stage in this upcoming week. The first program is a new program that's been online for 6 days now, which means the 2nd cycle has just completed. This is none other than FreshReturn (reviewed here) that offers 35% daily for 3 days, 17% daily for 7 days and 11% for 14 days. The design's very attractive, the script's relatively safe, and most importantly, the rates are considered, in view of the outrageous returns other scams are offering, relatively stable and manageable given that the administration puts a serious into running the program, coupled with strong support from investors.

In fact, interest in FreshReturn is starting to hit it's peak as I've received no fewer than 10 emails from my readers after the review asking my personal view on the program. I'm personally $400 into this program, if you are interested, and if anything, there's a good chance that you can make a good profit if you join early. While I can't guarantee you anything, I do have to restate here that whatever you do, always treat HYIP as a game and nothing more. I've had my share of hard falls due to these games, and I hope you won't have to walk the path I've passed.

The other program is a newly launched (just today as a matter of fact, July 5th) called ProfitStars. I haven't reviewed this program yet, but on first glance, there's no doubt the admin has put quite a lot of effort into developing the site. The script is licensed from GoldCoders, equipped with SSL-encryption, and I'm really impressed with the design and concept. There's this Star system which awards a star for every reinvestment you make, essentially rewarding those who keep supporting the site. I like this system, and it's one that I never encountered prior to this. Apparently, desperate times call for desperate measures, and I like that the admin's taking a different approach towards running a site. We'll see how this one progresses, but I think there's a good chance to make a profit from this as it's only a day old.

Predictions:

I'm sure many will feel this is a controversial part of the SMI™ Talk as a program's sustainability is fundamentally built upon investor support (new funds flowing in), and if a blogger like myself keeps chirping about when or how a program will collapse, won't that just precipitate, or even cause the program to close prematurely? Well, this might be true, however, I think it's only fair that I share my most sincere and honest opinion with you because that's my responsibility and moral obligation as a blogger. I take that to heart as my pride, and I hope you guys will appreciate and understand my point of view.

Anyway, of the few programs that I'm actually monitoring at the moment, I think one of the first to collapse would be SevenStarProfit. With regards to the recent performance, especially the AlertPay incident, I think it's a red flag already. Even the admin specifically mentioned in the newsletter that "there's not much funds left in there already", and noted that the damage wouldn't be too big on the program. Well what does this tell you? The program is already over 10 days old, and if there's "not much funds" left in the AlertPay account, which is usually the payment processor with the most funds, does this mean cash flow problem? I think that's a resounding yes. So please take note and progress carefully with SevenStarProfit.

*Note that this is only a prediction; and the site is still on Paying status*

Promotion:

Starting next week, there will be a series of promotions that will be held here to (lol) boost my site's popularity, give an incentive for investors to come back and provide a platform for honest admins to publicize their sites. There will be further notice on the specific details on the promotions, but do take note that there will be free money and advertising to be given out! Let your favorite program or fellow investors know because there will be freebies for everyone!

That's all for this edition of SMI™ Talk! Next episode will feature more exciting news, so remember to come back!

Wazzup™ Daily News:

Unfortunately, I have to move LoyaltyOppulence to Not Paying status today. Behind that shiny mask of professionally designed web site, unique concept and relatively sustainable plans, LoyaltyOppulence is nothing more than a cheap scam that didn't even last over a week. The admin conceived a unique concept of awarding investors for their reinvestments, and while I wanted to write a review of this HYIP, it seems like the program didn't even last long enough for me to take a good look. Please do not invest there any longer guys!

ProfitStar, a highly promising site that was just launched today, made some clarifications regarding its post-and-get-paid policy. Apparently, many members inquired about this policy, and the admin notes that the a $0.10 bonus will be manually credited to your cash balance at the end of each day for each payment proof that you post. Each payment proof has to include your username, sum and batch number/reference number. The thread on TalkGold, previously started by eBusiness, had been removed and replaced with another thread. The admin has made adjustments for the banners (the banners now redirect to the correct thread). Here are the details:
Dear Members,
To answer your questions regarding the way I will be rewarding you for posting and voting on forums and monitors, I’d like to clarify some of the moments to you in this very first-day news letter:
1. Only the true payment proofs will be paid.
2. A post/vote will be only paid if your username, sum and batch/reference number is shown in it.
3. If you don’t want to make all your information public, you may replace some numbers and letters with X or _.
4. Every post/vote will be paid if only relevant forum or monitor is presented on our 'rate us' page.
5. $0.10 will be paid for every single post or vote.
6. Summarized bonus will be credited on your account at the end of each day between 6.00-7.00 pm GMT.
And one more thing I'd like to share with you today. Some of you have already posted today at TalkGold’s thread http://www.talkgold.com/forum/r298164-.html, opened by Ebusiness. For some reasons this thread was deleted by the TalkGolds’ Administrators and replaced by http://www.talkgold.com/forum/r298167-.html, which is opened 30 min later by the another user. I ‘ve really got no idea how it happens that the earlier thread is being replaced by a later one, but I was, however, to redirect the site banners to a new url.
Today’s posting bonuses will be added to your accounts by 7.00 pm GMT.
Best Regards,
Mike

LRXFunds continues to pay on a regular basis, and the admin hopes that the members show their support by posting on forums and monitors. LRXFunds is managed by the same admin who's running SNSAdsClub, which is over 60 days online and still going strong (you can check out the autosurf section of any forum). Here's the latest newsletter from the admin urging members to show their support:
Dear Cody, ALL requested payments have been paid up to this point. If you have been paid I ask that you please make a little noise on the forums and monitors. Let's keep LRXFunds strong and growing.
20% First deposit bonus still offered to all FIRST deposits any one makes.
Have a great day!
Tony

Another site that has officially announced their "official forum" is SevenStarProfit, following in the footsteps of many other short-term scams before they turned scams :p As expected, MNO is the official forum again, and the admin makes it a point to "explain" his justifications for choosing MNO as the official forum. I guess I'm not the only one voicing out my suspicion, as I've heard from many other bloggers of this latest "trend". Nonetheless, here are the details and I will let you decide for yourself the real truth behind all these HYIPs.
Dear members,
I ‘m happy to announce you that the MNO Forum has become the official forum for SevenStarProfit program since new week. The MNO Forum is related to the well-known Money-News-Online blog. Not a secret that MNO is the most respectable, highly regarded and long-lived blog in the HYIP industry. The MNO owner Paul provides his news, reviews, commentaries and comments on HYIP programs attracting attention of both potential and active investors all over the world even in this crisis period. We consider that our official thread in the MNO forum can certainly give a good exposure for our program evoking a warm response of our active investors that might give potential investors an incentive and assurance to join our program. Therefore from now on I invite all you post your payment proofs and discuss our program in our official thread at the Money-News-Online forum. Here’s the link
http://money-news-online.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=261
That’s all that I wanted you to be informed in this hour.
Your admin,
John Smith

That's all for today folks! I'll see you tomorrow with more news from the industry!
