22 july 2010 - MoneyWave Review and Wazzup™ Daily News

A recent surge in the launch of short-term HYIPs has led to many investors changing their investment strategies in order to adapt to the situation. With that said, the program I’m reviewing today should be looked at as nothing more than a money game despite all the juicy offerings such as attractive payment plans, SSL-encryption, and a 7% referral commission return, among others. Without further ado, I present to you: MoneyWave!

MoneyWave claims to be involved in, guess what, foreign exchange (foRex). Supposedly, a group of “experienced” brokers and analysts is assembled to form this HYIP, “officially” registered in USA with the office based in United Kingdom. From this point on, I am sure most already know what they’re presented with – a money game. I urge you to take all that’s written with a grain of salt, and do not invest more than you can afford to lose.

Payment Plans

There are essentially 4 types of plans being offered here, which are 1-day plan, 2-day plan, and 3-day plan and 7-day plan. Each plan pays according to how much you invest. For example, for the 1-day plan, if you invest $10, the return is 105%. If you invest $10,000 though, which isn't an amount I would recommend spending, the return is a mouth-watering 128%. Each plan pays upon expiry, and you will have to request for the payment manually.

The 7-day plan, however, seems ridiculously lucrative, offering 770% after 7 days. All deposits will be paid the same percentage, so for those willing to take a risk, this would obviously be the most profitable plan.

Design, Hosting & Miscellaneous

On first glance, the web design seems attractive for me to take a closer look, and subsequently, an interest in the program itself. I think that’s the first step in successful marketing – an eye-catchy presentation to capture the investors’ heart. Upon further investigation, MoneyWave is hosted on a dedicated server by BlackLotus, a fairly reliable service provider, which had proven itself in various past occasions. The same company also provides Ddos protection for MoneyWave. Besides, SSL-encryption, which helps to protect your sensitive information from being stolen, is also available.

All’s good and pretty on paper, but what concerns me is the script.

Apparently, the script seems like Goldcoder’s, but upon further checking, MoneyWave’s script is not licensed. This could either mean the script’s not Goldcoder’s, or the script is purchased through the black market. What this means to you—the investors—is that security is compromised because unlicensed scripts usually have coding errors and security potholes, which hackers usually take advantage of to hack into the back office. I could be wrong here, so I’ll send an email to the admin to get a clarification on the issue.

Payment processors

I can’t say I’m not disappointed to find that only 2 payment processors are accepted here, which reassures me that the admin’s not entirely ready to commit himself towards his investors. As we all know, certain payment processors, AlertPay for example, require that all business account holders certify their real identities. LibertyReserve, on the other hand, does not. And the same goes for PerfectMoney. If the admin’s serious in running a good program, he should at least include AlertPay, which is also one of the most popular payment processors in the industry right now.

Noteworthy Mentions

A juicy 7% referral commission is offered here, which is slightly higher than the usual 5%. Referral commission is paid for any investment made by those whom you’ve referred to the program, which means if one of your downlines makes a $100 deposit, you will earn 7%, or effectively $7, from his/her deposit.

After only 1 day online, the program already has over 100 signups with approximately 70+ active accounts. The amount of active deposits has reached over $6000+ with only slightly over $200 in withdrawals. By doing simple math, we know that each active account makes about $100 in deposit. As MoneyWave offers a 1-day plan, which is a very popular plan for those who seek some quick cash, it’s not hard to believe those stats.

I’m sure I will sound like a grandpa, but the cliché “early birds get the worms” is especially true in this one. Get in early, and get a share of the money pie.

That’s all I have for you today folks! Thanks for reading and let’s move on to the Wazzup™ Daily News!
