The first big news today came from TruEarn, a short-term HYIP program that has been paying consistently for almost a month now. As always, there are always people out there taking advantage of a good program, and in this case, a member(s) has used fraudulent funds to invest in TruEarn, which caused AlertPay's administration to investigate this matter. There is no need make this issue a big deal, as this is not something you need to worry about. Most probably, the Alert Pay issue will be solved very soon.

ChokoMoney, a new short-term program started its first referral program today called Creativity Contest, where the winner will be chosen based on his/her creativity of combining money and chocolate into a picture. I think MoneyMakersGroup has bit the dust as pending payouts are still not processed after almost 30 hours now. No response from the admin thus far, and many members are not paid to as well. Usually the admin would send out a short update to members, but in this case, seems like he's giving us the silent "treatment", which confirms my guess. So I'm moving this one to Not Paying status already. Please do not invest there any longer guys..

What's the point of asking me to increase the maximum deposit amount already when ChokoMoney is just a baby? Sorry but ChokoMoney is not here for hit and runners or to members that see the enormous growth of the program and try to take advantage of that by requesting me to do such things so they can make big profits for themselves.
ChokoMoney was built with one main goal, and that is to show the HYIP industry that if an admin of a program doesn't have any bad intentions and is willing to run a program in the fairest way possible, doing his utmost efforts with making payments and answering support requests, combining that with an overwhelming support from members from the very beginning, the program can reach heights and become very profitable and sustainable in the long haul. From a member's point of view, I know that the member's fear is that the admin would run away with the money after sometime but I can assure you that such thing will never happen with ChokoMoney because as long as the program is doing very well with a healthy growth rate which becomes stronger and better everyday and so does the level of support from members, then one should never fear of cashflow issues or him not getting paid for his deposit. Also I would like to say that I'm not going to increase the maximum deposit amount at least for a few weeks.

Hi guys! The review today comes at a very appropriate timing, in my opinion because I've been watching HydroFunds for quite some time (since the first day of launch actually) and I am thoroughly impressed with the admin's work ethics and more importantly, the site's near flawless performance.
HydroFunds is a wild child in my opinion. And by that, I mean it's a different, one-of-a-kind HYIP that the industry definitely needs to see more of. The admin, Kevan, or more commonly known as Alzander in the industry, is a straightforward person who has nothing to hide. From the way he presents the site to the way he handles things, Alzander doesn't conceal anything from his investors. In fact, he openly admitted his identity on the front page of the program. What this means? I view this as his commitment and sincerity in running an honest game that provides the investors with a true opportunity to earn. I believe we've seen our shares of dishonest and downright disgraceful scams over the past few months, so Hydr0-Funds definitely comes at a timely fashion to restore our faith in having an honest admin.
If you take some time to browse through the FAQ page, you'll find that Alzander stated there the various outside income sources that will help to keep Hydro-Funds' cashflow as fluid as possible. Among others, funds from Alzander's own monitoring site, which you can see here, his online "casino" game, on-site advertisements and Pay-To-Click will go towards sustaining the program. One thing I like about this particular facet of Hydro-Funds is that if Alzander is truly honest, which I think he is, the program does have outside income sources that will prolong the site's longevity. The site doesn't have to rely entirely on fresh funds; instead, the admin can look to other income sources whenever the funds are low, and then he could change the payout percentage accordingly as well in order to give the site some time to recover. I think based on these 2 crucial points, Hydro-Funds is a potential HYIP winner already.
But wait, there's more to the site than just an upfront admin.
HydroFunds is on a dedicated server with a licensed script from Neversay, which is one of the most secure scripts in the market, site design by the all-loved Doris, and Ddos hosting by Koddos. Even though I know this might not be of much use for you, but I estimated the cost to make HydroFunds, and it should be something like this:
Script: $120
Template/Design: $150
Koddos: $140/month
Total = $410
HydroFunds offers 7% daily for 18 days, and this is the only plan on offer. This, essentially, nets you a profit of 26% in 18 days, which isn't too bad at all, considering the fact that you're not investing with someone whom you have no idea about and could scam anytime. The minimum to invest is only $3, whereas the maximum is set to $900 Per Account. Many members were confused when this policy was put in place, but the admin clarified that the maximum of $900 is set for each account. This means you can either invest the whole $900 from LibertyReserve or $500 from LibertyReserve, $200 from PerfectMoney and $200 from StrictPay. But the main point here is each account can only upgrade up until $900, and you cannot invest more than that at the moment. The admin is looking at increasing the maximum cap, but he admitted that things will slowly fall into place on their own. I think one thing that sets Alzander apart from other admins is the fact that he owns a monitoring site, and he has his bread and butter on the line here. If the program shuts down prematurely, investors will simply stop joining his monitoring site, and this would just lead to a heavier loss than he would've liked if he had chosen to keep the HYIP up. Thus far I've been getting almost instant (within 2 hours, an hour and a half at the most) payouts.
A good variety of payment processors is accepted as currently HydroFunds only accepts LibertyReserve, StrictPay and PerfectMoney. The admin's decision to not add AlertPay in the first place is a clear indication of his experience in the industry -- he knows AlertPay has been very strict with verified accounts, so Alzander could risk having all his funds frozen in there despite his not doing anything wrong. This is the HYIP world; sometimes you lose for not doing anything.
A regular 5% commission is offered here, but contrary to other sites out there, you would need to be an active member in order to earn referral commission.

For one, the only plan on offer is 135% after 7 days,which isn't such a bad idea, but isn't it weird only 1 plan is being offered? Secondly, the design is all cartoon-based, uses Neversay script, and is hosted by HushHosting. Nothing wrong to be on the creative end, but obviously the admin is trying to imitate the success of sites such as Investimates. I don't care about their claims of how many members they have or how much deposits they have received, but this one seems oddly similar to SincerityIncome, which gained almost $80,000 after just 10 days online, and scammed even before completing the first cycle of their only plan, 144% after 12 days. While I don't have proof yet, but I suspect the same admin is running the show. If the admin has done it before, I don't see why he wouldn't do it again this time. Well, I'm just going to monitor this site for this first round, let's see what happens. Maybe I'm wrong with this one, but we'll see. Only time will tell..
OneStepMoney is a short-term program offering 111% after 3 days, 144% after 9 days and 200% after 18 days. Another quality program, in my opinion, which is hosted by Staminus on a dedicated server with DDos protection by DdosWhiz. MoneyBreeze seems to have bit the dust, and I will now move it to Not Paying status on my blog. Please do not invest there any longer. It appears that the expensive hosting fees (around $1000 per month from BlockDos) consumed the site, and the amount of fresh funds coming in is simply not enough to cover for the total expenses of even just putting the site online. Anyway, the site's not paying anymore, so please don't fall for the trap!

This week has been a turbulent one for some investors, and I think in one way or another, this will carry on to have a ripple effect on several other programs as well. Nonetheless, things are looking positive with the launch of a couple programs, namely Hydro-Funds and MoneyMakers-Group, that I think will particularly make an impact in the industry.
Hydro-Funds is launched by a renowned admin of a monitoring site called Investment-Tracker.com. His name is Kevan, while most members know him by Alzander. If you've been a seasoned investor, I think perhaps you've heard of his name before. He's a good friend and a wise investor. I've sought for his advice when I first started out in the industry, and we've kept in contact ever since. In relation to other programs out there where the admins remain anonymous, Hydro-Funds seems like a breath of fresh air to our stalled industry. The payout is relatively low, and sustainable, paying a mere 7% per day for 18 days. That comes up to about 26% net profit in 18 days. Not bad actually, considering the fact that you're gaining sustainability at the expense of higher interests. And right now, sustainability is a big, if not the biggest, deal in the industry.
Another program that's launched by a renowned member of MoneyMakerGroup is StaunchFinances. The admin is Brent, whom some of you might know from 247Shack. The admin employs an interesting concept in running his program, one that you might not have heard of before. Here's the rundown of the idea:

I think this one has a lot of potential, and this decidedly has put it on this week's spot of All-Star. Most likely won't be the longest-lasting program in the industry, but if you get in early, I see a lot of potential in making a decent profit for yourself.
Whereas the huge Let-Down of the Week is:

Despite a strong start in the first few months, WaterInvestment has finally followed the ranks of GeniusFunds, NanoMoneyCorp and GoldNuggetInvest. Just when we thought we could rely on a relatively new high-quality program like WaterInvestment, the admin decides it's time to close shop. I had really high hopes for this one even from the get-go, as WaterInvestment was one of the few that offered relatively high but sustainable interest rates, Ddos protection from BlockDos, dedicated server and a strong advertising campaign, which in turn attracted a large investor base, and that translates directly to more funds. Therefore, cash flow shouldn't be a problem for the site. But then, if cash flow is not a problem, what is?
I would blame it on the industry's climate right now, particularly loss of investor confidence in any program at the moment. Undoubtedly, GeniusFunds', and NanoMoneyCorp's, collapse, the Infallible's demise as I would call it back then, finally wrought on a frantic withdrawal fest amongst investors. As such, deposits dramatically decrease, and withdrawals soar at skyrocket speed. As we are well aware of by now, HYIPs are merely money games based solely on the flow of fresh funds into the program in order to pay off old investors.
Players to Watch:
Hydro-Funds, StaunchFinances, YingYangInvestment
As explained above, Hydro-Funds and StaunchFinances are managed by seasoned players of the industry itself, whereas YingYangInvestment offers something fresh, yet attractive enough to keep investors coming back for more. In my opinion, YingYangInvestment has the right strategy at the moment: slow and steady promotion, hiring services of only the top monitors (ones that bring in referrals and only charge a reasonable rate for their services), and a straightforward-no-bull-shit approach towards the game. Especially with the introduction of the new compounding option, I think many will definitely find interest in this relatively new program offering 1.2% daily forever for merely $10.
Strategy for the upcoming week:
I mentioned last week that I'm focusing more on short-term ones right now, as there are only a handful of long- and mid-term programs worth joining at the moment. Many high-quality" programs (ones that look as if they're here for the long haul) scam after just 2 or 3 weeks, depriving members of any actual opportunity to earn, essentially proving that they are just well-planned quick scams.
As I have confirmed that UmbaFund is having a cash flow problem right now, I've stopped investing in that program, and I advise you to do the same. Several new short-term programs have cropped up during the past week, however, and I am pretty confident they'll last for at least a round or two. The programs are MoneyMakersGroup, TruEarn (well it's not exactly new anymore as it's now about 2 weeks old), and Rags2Richness.
The admin of Cashift, Owen, or more commonly known as USDRoger or Roger of Investimates, rebuked the rumor that he owns MoneyMakersGroup, but I think this doesn't render the program any less outstanding than it already is. I'll prepare a review in a few days, and I really like what I see thus far in the program.
TruEarn has been online for over 2 weeks now, and I've received all my payouts within 3 hours. My last payout was yesterday, and it was processed in under an hour. Judging from the Alexa rank thus far, this program could have enough juice for another cycle. I'm already in profit, so I'm merely reinvesting my profits into the game. Short-term games are highly, highly risky, so you really have to be smart with your investment strategy. Try to recuperate your principal as soon as you can, and only play with your profits from then on to minimize your loss in case things go south. But try not to be a "hit-n-runner" though; which means invest for 1 cycle and move on to the next without reinvesting a single cent back. This only kills the program, and I can't believe so many people actually recommended this method. Yes it's true there are admins who scam after just 1 cycle, but i do know a few who want to let everyone have a fair chance of earning. I assure you that if you follow my blog, I'll let you be the first to know which program to invest and who are you investing with.

Hi guys! Today I bring forth another high quality short-term program which I think will make a splash in the industry soon, and that's a loud SPLASH too!
This new HYIP is called MoneyMakers-Group, and if you're a regular player, you should notice that the name bears a striking similarity to MoneyMakerGroup, a famous forum that I myself often surf. As I've had some experience in Search Engine Optimization, I think the reason the admin chose such a name is to ride on the forum's popularity. If you google the name right now, 9/10 results will direct you to the forum. But down the road, perhaps MoneyMakers-Group will end up on Google's front page, along with the forum as well. A pretty smart strategy I would say, but that's merely my own rationalization. I'll try to get the admin in an interview so that he could clarify that.

This is a straight-up-no-bullshit game, and the admin is not afraid to admin it since there are no details about their trading activities, or how they make money from the investors' deposits. While some investors might choose to stay away from such a program, I appreciate that the admin wants us to know what we're getting ourselves into. In my past experience, such programs have often prospered.
There are 3 plans on offer right now:
The program runs on a daily withdrawal basis, so that significantly reduces your risk in case things go south. Couple that with 5 most-commonly used payment processors in the industry, namely AlertPay, LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney, StrictPay and GlobalDigitalPay, I think we have a winner here.

In my opinion, MoneyMakers-Group is a solid and very well-planned program that we've yet to see for some time already. One of the reasons I think this program will play out well for the early birds is that the simple fact that they offer daily withdrawals will attract many investors, and having verified AlertPay account is also a huge plus, especially since AlertPay is implementing strict rules and regulations on verification process at the moment. Besides that, the admin has already contacted me for monitoring services, and I think he's already on towards the site's advertising campaign, so I wouldn't be surprised to see the program's banners on various major forums and blogs and monitoring sites.
Many have caught on with this program as well, most likely due to its interesting and highly catchy name. Some might associate it with MoneyMakerGroup forum, but let me assure you that they are not related. Maybe the admin will have some business transactions with MoneyMakerGroup, but that's purely for advertising purposes. I don't see any other reason than that.
MoneyMakers-Group offers a lucrative 6% referral commission, which is 1% higher than the usual 5% offered by average programs. On-site security is pretty reliable as admin uses SSL-encryption from Comodo.com, and this helps to protect your sensitive information from being stolen by hackers.

Rags2Richness is giving a 10% extra bonus added on deposits of $100 or more till the end of April. The unique part of this is that the 10% bonus can be invested in any other plan of your choice. So you can have $100 in the Daily plan and $10 in the weekly plan.

Despite the fact that UmbaFund is still paying regularly, I noticed that only smaller amounts are being paid to. In fact, my $200 investment is now only receiving 1.5% per day, instead of 15%. I've sent a few emails to the admin inquiring about the situation and have yet to receive a reply. Several other readers complaint that their larger investments into the seemingly more "profitable" plans are not processed yet. I think this is a classic case of systematic scam. Please do not invest there anymore as I think the admin's highly likely to be preparing for his escape route right now.
I have finally sifted through the contest submissions and came to decide on the 3 eventual winners. Thank you so much for participating in this promotion, and there will definitely be more promotions in the future.

Sorry guys, despite consulting a doctor this morning, the flu got worse in the evening and I could hardly bring myself in front of the computer..Seems like this flu's going to last a few days..

WaterInvestment sent out a newsletter today informing of the site's newest feature called Deposit Insurance, which claims to insure your investment up to $50,000 dollars. Nonetheless, this is definitely not helping the current situation as no members have been paid since yesterday. In fact, a member who proclaimed himself as the admin of WaterInvestment announced that the site could continue if members send 10% of their investment to WaterInvestment's other LibertyReserve account. In my opinion, this is a scammer trying to take advantage of the situation, and please do not send any money to anyone or any site claiming to be associated with WaterInvestment. BombStockTraders is now moved to On Hold status, as the site is now currently being monitored by the Federal Government due to alleged claims of money laundering. Their accounts have been frozen, along with the funds in the accounts. It seems that BombStockTraders is managed by the same team that ran Stoic Capital, and the admin is placing blame on TalkGold members who supposedly complained about the site. This happened because a group of people (most likely the forum spammers & blackmailers from Talk Gold) sent the feds over 245 emails in the past 3 weeks from different IP's complaining about BST. All our accounts have been blocked to avoid further in-out market motions with insecured previous deals involved. Our offices sealed, offshore and onshore companies halted. The termination is complete.
2) The basic Federal claim is strong suspicion in money-laundring and indulgence of investors in concurrent and steady tax evasion. In line with the charges moved forward, the offcials demand that we should disclose all investor's data, accounts and gains earned through our company's work. Our lawyers have elaborately investigated the issue, and got down to work, so that the privacy of investors, their revenues and rights to utilize their means in the most free way be defended notwithstanding any circumstances engaged. Our company has always been dealing in the stock exchange markets despite underhand plotting of magnates next to certain establishments.
3) The given situation and appeared problems needs some time to take care of. The event has also made impossible the expected investors Congress in the nearest future (all Congress fees already received by us will be returned to available balance as soon as possible).
4) To conclude the given above statement, due to objective circumstances we have to open up interim activity moratorium for new deposits as well as yields and principals up to May 31, 2010.
