Say No to RefMotor

Hi guys!Today I've prepared something quite unusual, something you've probably never read before in the HYIP review industry, where everyone's promoting the sites they love and writing all about the beautiful bees and butterflies about their programs. Well, as you can probably notice from my title today, I'm going to write about a program which I think is utterly horrible in quality, and doesn't deserve a single cent of my money.. This is one poorly designed and badly managed HYIP. Let me restate the objective of my article today: RefMotor - the WORST customer approach.

At a glance, does the site look successful? Does it look like a "winner" site? This is an intuition about a program which I think most seasoned investors should know what I mean, and for the newbie players, this feeling happens when you browse the HYIP programs long enough to actually "feel" whether or not this one is going to last. Does Refmotor give me the feeling that I could make a decent profit out of it? The honest answer to all the answers: N.O. In fact, the slogan they have on their site triggered a good laugh out of me, as their customer support is not, by any means humanly conceivable, the best customer approach.

Allow me to explain further...

I came upon this program few weeks ago, probably in early November if I'm not mistaken as I was browsing through MMG. I clicked on the link, stumbled on the site, and even though I have to admit the plans were attractive, I just couldn't convince myself to put my hard earned money in there. As a matter of fact, I searched and researched the site, finding everything I could about the admin, the site's hosting, the script..Guess what I found out?

Refmotor's just like the classic scam HYIP -- uses only LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney, offers high return of ROI, admin sends out attractive offers all the time in the hope of attracting more innocent investors who are unaware of the concealed agenda, and worst of all, it copies the About Us statement directly, let me emphasize that, directly from another site!

If that's not enough, I'll try to re-enact what happened when I tried to contact Customer Service via their Live Chat system.

I registered my account like, say 2 weeks ago, and as I had forgotten my password to the program, I decided to ring up the Live Chat service to get my password. I clicked on the Live Chat button, a window popped up and I filled in my name, email and question. So I waited for the support rep to come online...5 minutes passed, I was still waiting there....10 minutes later, I was still sitting there like an idiot..And after about 12 - 13 minutes of waiting, a customer rep came online and asked my ID and everything before asking what issue I have. Talk about bad manners! Well of course, I couldn't remember what my ID was, and asked him/her whether they could retrieve it for me as I registered my email already. One would assume the HYIP customer support could at least do that right? But no..The customer rep blatantly answered "No..Are you playing around? We are very busy.." I rephrased that one because the customer service rep had bad English..Couldn't separate between "he is" and "we are", I would say...

As I sat there, obviously shocked at the response I received, the customer support came at me, harsher than before. "Look, we are busy," and those were the last words I saw on the window. Poof, the customer service went offline. And I was left alone in the chat window..

This is just a personal encounter, and I wouldn't imagine how the customer support would treat you guys. Perhaps because they can somehow trace I am not an investor, therefore they didn't even care about me? I don't know..I thought opposite would be true, but obviously in this case, Refmotor didn't care about non-prospective investors..

Anyhow, I've been receiving tons of emails from them, newsletters that detail the current promotion, such as the recent Chinese-investor-gets-5%-cashback offer, and some other non-informative updates. What do I mean by non-informative? Here's a sample of their latest newsletter:

Perhaps you're thinking if I don't like this program that much, why didn't I unsubscribe from them or request for membership cancellation. Well, I just couldn't ignore them! This is like a tell-tale HYIP, a classic example of how a scam program would go south in the end without informing anyone! I've never had the chance to observe such a scam program before as usually I would be prone to give those sites a second glance and perhaps get second opinion from other senior investors as well. But given this opportunity, and given this undeniably and unmistakably scam site, I simply cannot resist.

That's all I have to say about RefMotor..This one is a rotten egg covered in beautiful, smooth silk that has only one single mission: to syphon all your hard earned money from your pocket. I wouldn't monitor this program, and I will definitely, without a doubt suggest that you think twice before you invest. 'Nuff said.

InvestJoy, another new short-term high ROI program sent out today's newsletter, offering all the investors a breath of relief as is successfully coming to its first weekend with a total of 450 registered members. Assurance from the admin that your money is in good hands somehow does make me feel better, even though I'm sure I'll feel even better when I receive my first payout from them at the end of first cycle. The admin announces the inclusion of Live Chat system on their site, which will be attended to daily, and you guys make sure you check that out. Oh, and my review is included in this newsletter as well(LOL), along with another high-quality article from HYIPNewsReviews. *Special note here: Seems like HYIP.com posted InvestJoy as Not Paying. Unsure what's the exact details here, but everyone else has been paid. Maybe it's just another script problem. **Update: The admin of HYIP.com has been paid, but he refuses to settle the argument due to what he claims to be admin's principle-flawed action. GouldsInvest (reviwed here) has paid me on time again today, and this time it's to both my LR and SP accounts. This one will be here to last at least until end of this month, and this is something I'm quite confident about if this program continues with this pace.

Yesterday I received a HUGE payout from Infinitiva, and right now it is firmly at my no.2 top recommended site, with only GeniusFunds besting it. I have been monitoring Infinitiva for quite some time now, and I have to say that they are one of the best right now in the market, with no red signs whatsoever. In contrary, one site that has been affiliated with Money-News-Online is undergoing some major obstacle after a few issues had dampened the investors' confidence. I will not comment further, and if you want to know which sites are worth joining with $1000 or even $10,000, I'd recommend Infinitiva and GeniusFunds in a heartbeat.
