The name itself is really catchy, LibertyReserveExpress, which led me to invest in the first place. Haha..Well, this program really does have something to offer, something unique that differentiates it from other regular autosurf sites: instant payout. This is the ONE single factor that the site promotes, and the admin promises to pay instantly to all LR payouts for every single day the investor surfs. When I sent the request for interview to the admin, he initially agreed and responded positively to my request. However, after I sent the questions over few days ago, I didn't receive a reply from him. Maybe that's because he was really busy, and that he DOES show he has been really busy trying to revive the program.
Proof? Numerous newsletters are sent out these few days, each describing the latest updates on the program, and one thing that I look forward to on each newsletter is the BONUS! I would like to applaud the admin for his creativity in promoting the site. First, one of his promoting methods is something that looks like this:

As you can see, he offers instant rebates, free referrals, and sometimes he offers instant cashbacks too. All the effort in the name of saving the program..A very very commendable effort, which never fails to impress me because I thought the program would've collapsed the moment AlertPay did a chargeback on him. And this leads to another important and interesting point about this program.
Recently, the admin wrote on his newsletter that some fraudsters tried to outplay the game and used fraudulent AlertPay account to invest, and then would later claim that the account was hacked and request a chargeback to the admin's AlertPay, while secretly trying to ring in some funds through another different account. This method initially proved to be very successful in damaging the program and drying out the program's AP fund pool. The admin even went as far as showing me the proof of the chargeback. The fact that he has posted this matter in his newsletter, and explained thoroughly about the situation tells a lot about his character. In most cases, whenever an admin faces shortages in funds, one escape route commonly chosen would be announce a bonus, and then scam all the investors after a few days. Investomatoes anyone?
The reason I delve so deeply into these cases is that I believe the admin is a reliable and honest person. I had previously a few pending payments to LR, and wrote a few times to support in request of my payment. Although initially there were many complications, which hindered the payment process until this morning, finally I DID get my payout, and I was overjoyed when the admin sent the answers to the interview as well. I understand that he must be really frustrated with the whole situation right now, with many monitoring sites and members who jump the gun and accuse him of non-payment. I understand because I was one of those members. But this admin proved me wrong, and I believe if you guys write to him or at least communicate with him prior to posting on the forums, you guys can find an agreeable way to solve the problem. For me, I did not receive any response after 2 days, so I know how you investors feel. But give him time, don't rush things, because he's giving his everything, and he is STILL sending newsletters and updates to all his loyal members. Besides, the admin has been searching for outside sources of income such as acquiring the advertising rights for some casinos and doing promotions for some online sites.
Anyway, moving on to payment plans.
1) Payment: This program only offers one single payment plan: 10% daily for 13 days. Simple and straightforward. And this program promises instant payout to LR each day, so you can withdraw everyday right after surfing. Nonetheless, with regards to the current situation, some may have to wait a few moments or maybe a day or two before the LR payment is registered. Don't panic however, as the admin will eventually sort things out. All he needs is support from his members. In regards of referral commission, there are 5 different levels, with level 1 and 2 refs you will be earning 3% of their deposits, 2% of their deposits for level 3 and 4, and finally only 1% for level 5 refs. That means if an investors signs up directly under you, you will earn 3% of his investment. For the referral under him, you will also earn 3% of the invesment.
2) Special offer: LRE (short for LibertyReserveExpress) has special offers everyday thus far, with each offer different from one another. Today it may be 10% cashback for LR upgrades, tomorrow it might be 20 free referrals for LR upgrades. You never know what's coming up, unless the admin sends a newsletter informing of the offer. Sort of like a lottery isn't it? :p
3) Payment processors: There are currently 2 payment processors accepted:: LR and AP. Initially only LR was accepted, which in my opinion was a better option, as it would enable the admin to focus on only payments from 1 single processor. The admin later introduced AP into the system, and that was when things started to go south. The fraudsters tried to scam (wow, isn't that new? A hyip being scammed by members lol!), there were insufficient balance in LR, and most of the investors started to invest in AP, which later caused imbalance in the distribution of funds. Thus, the instant payouts became irrelevant after the change was announced.
4) Uniqueness: One thing that really separates this program from the rest is the honesty. The admin really has some guts there as he posted on his site that he DOES take a small chunk of money from your investment as his own paycheck. Usually one wouldn't expect a HYIP admin to write such a thing on the page, but this admin wrote it right up there on his FAQ..And the admin really has a good idea of how HYIPs are supposed to function, as he wrote there that there would be no payments on days that you don't surf. It is a bit vague whether or not you can compensate for that day, but in case the payment processor is offline for that specific day even though you have surfed, payment will NOT be credited..
Regardless, LibertyReserveExpress is indeed run by an admin who has dedicated all his efforts to making the program a success. The lack of support from some members and ;lack of cooperation from monitors are some of the main obstacles the admin has to overcome right now, if he wishes to continue the program. He has my approval, and I'm convinced that this admin has the heart to extend the lifespan of his program, just like a loving horse owner who would take care of his horse in the most caring manner just so that the horse can run one single step further..
However, it still has to be noted that the program's lifespan is not decided by the admin's efforts. It is all up to YOU to decide whether the program survives or sleeps with the fishes.
