25 November 2009 - IMR updates

Hi people! Sorry no reviews for today..I've been really busy, especially with Thanksgiving coming up...Oh Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!!!

Well, just a small update on my recent site that's been one of my big time favorites: IMR.

I suppose most of you members are aware now that there are some pending payments as we speak. THAT IS NOT A RED SIGN..So don't panic just yet.

I believe Cassie sent out several newsletters regarding this situation, and in case you missed it, I'll post the newsletters right here.

Yesterday

I am going to give you a quick update about what kept us busy over the last 36 hours.

It has been brought to my attention,
that a two groups of Chinese and Indian fraudsters were setting up multiple accounts in a very tricky way, to cheat our system, with the goal to gain additional referral commission and extra bonus payments.

Our security guard alerted us, but since that case was a huge one, we had to keep parts of our database unchanged ( pending payments ) until we had securely extracted all related accounts.

As a result,
I had to suspend 151 member accounts, all money of these individuals are frozen.

The good news is, iMoneyReserve did not make any losses out of it, due to the fact that we acted immediately.

A few of you had to wait a couple of more then 24 hours to receive your cash outs.Please accept my apologize for that.


The normal cashout process is going to be starting again in a couple of hours.

The Day Before

Dear members, investors and observers

I want to take a moment to let you all know, that we are almost done with the work on our
new own payment processor and our new e-currency ( available in USD and EUR)

Our programmers have been working up to 16 hours daily over the last weeks,
to ensure we can keep the earlier mentioned launch date.

Several hours of script development and integration, testing, bug removing and re-testing
lay behind us, and we are almost done.

Please expect a more detailed update later today.


Quick heads up:

We do add a new payment processor, including e-currency and interface to your IMR member back office.
We do not add any other known payment processor.
We do sell/buy our e-currency for zero ($0.00) fee rate only available for IMR members :)
You can invest now using LR and later get your cash outs in our e-currency. No exchange fees.
In that case, IMR wires your profits directly to you bank account (2 biz days) / or sends profits via Western Union, both to zero fee rates.
Result: no other exchangers needed,

LR will remain to be part of our program for a few more month to come.
(means: everyone who doesn't want to go for our new payment processor and e-currency, simply continues
to work his/her member account as usual, there is no need to change the way you work when you don't want)

So as you can see, the reason for the delay is mainly due to the multiple fraud accounts set up that wanted to launder our hard earned money, and that Cassie took all her time and effort into weeding out those fraudulent accounts. Don't panic when you see pending on your account, because Cassie replied one of the members on MMG who sent in a support ticket regarding the program's situation and what's causing the delay.

Cassie and IMR team will be making all pending payments from now till the LASTEST Sunday 1pm. On Sunday the server and IMR site will be down for 4 HOURS "MAJOR" upgrade for the PP installation amongst other features. She also stated to me that NO ONE is forced to use the new Payment Processor it will be a choice for all investors.

So in summary

ALL PENDING WILL BE DONE FOR THE LASTEST BY SUNDAY 1PM - (It was supposed to be 6PM GMT but they are overwhelmed with the requests) so payments will be made over the course of this week and at that Sunday 1PM there should be no pending.

Sunday IMR site will be unavailable for 4 hours for Major Upgrade.

And Finally No one forced to use the PP that will be implemented it is a choice given to all investors.

So guys, in conclusion, don't stick to your PC whole day right now and hope that you'll get paid. You WILL get paid. Give Cassie some time to do her thing. I understand your feelings right now, because I've been through this a hell lot more times than you have. Trust me.

If I may, please listen to my suggestions on what to do right now.

Suggestion #1:

Think Before You Post

It is understandable that all your hard earned money is in the program, and the stinging feeling deep down that the program might collapse now is a deep, profound anguish that needs to be released. Let me tell you this: It doesn't work this way. Stay calm, Cassie is not SuperGirl, she only has limited time and energy to do all these processings, so let her do what she does best ok?

Suggestion #2:

Remain Calm and Give Cassie Time

I can't stress enough how important it is to give her some time to complete the payments. People ARE getting paid. I myself got paid last night. But the problem is those getting paid are not taking time to post on the forum! Imagine how many members we have, 4500 ++? And look how many are ACTUALLY ACTIVE on the forum? Say, at most, 40? That's like a mere 1% of the total number of members! Don't rely on the payment proofs on the forum, because for every 1 paid member on the forum, there are hundreds more out there whoare getting paid, and spending their time relaxing and enjoying the Thanksgiving.

Suggestion #3:

Be Positive

Cassie has been paying us regularly and in a very very timely manner as a courtesy to all of us. It is NOT her obligation to pay instantly right after you make a payment request. This is addressed on the site's Terms and Conditions, you can check it
here. The Global Numbers Page is still updating itself, and the payments are being processed as we speak. Now that there are about 200 fraud accounts being removed, with a few more, maybe, still hiding from the admin's cautious eyes, she has to be EXTRA EXTRA careful to whom she's paying. You don't want your money to fall into the wrong hands do you? So, keep in mind that whatever Cassie is doing, it's for our best interest. Stay Positive you all!

Ok that's about what I have to say for now, and don't panic because for everything that has happened, there's always a silver lining. Let's take this as a test for IMR to prove itself. We, as members of Familia de IMR, can and should always stand behind it. Let's show our support!

    Are you kidding? Do you take a responsibility by publishing such thing? I hope you realize what your words can do? There was a lot of users in different forums who did not receive their payments over 72 hrs already, only a few people got paid, on of them was Ratchadha Kenta (m_speedy) from Thailand who seems is a very close friend of admin. Open your eyes, people!!

  2. 10dwonder, I understand your frustration.

    But have you noticed how many members IMR has, and how many members are actually active in forums? Unless you are admitting that most members are creating multiple accounts, there are only a handful who got paid AND went on forums to post their payment proofs.


    I have my pending payments too, but I post as soon as one of them is completed. I do what I can, and I report the truth.
