Unfortunately, XZFinance is moved to Not Paying status after a 24-hour no response from the admin coupled with no payment for over 24 hours now. Usually the site pays out around 2am my time (GMT +8). No such luck today as I sat patiently in front of my computer while I kept refreshing my browser. Indeed, the 140% after 4 day plan proved to be the admin's last attempt to suck in additional money before he plans his backdoor escape. The site's not paying anymore, please do not invest there.
Cashift introduced a referral contest a couple of days ago, which, in my opinion, sounds fishy because for a short-term program, it's the norm to introduce a referral contest at the beginning of the program. I've seen many sites that offered referral contests at the peak of their respective programs, only to scam several days prior to the deadline of the contest. Take Skinex, a 12% daily for 12 days program for example. It was paying consistently for over 13 days when it suddenly offered a review cum referral contest. Guess what? The site stopped paying just 2 days short of the deadline. This move from the admin could be a potential red flag. I'm sure I'm not the only one who observed this. Please proceed with caution guys..

Today I joined a relatively new HYIP cum Autosurf program, Profit Goal that offers 11% daily for 10 days, 12% daily for 10 days, 13% daily for 10 days and also 14% daily for 10 days. The site accepts LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney and StrictPay. Seems like a pretty reliable game at the moment, with plans of future expansion. The admin's currently busy preparing to advertise his site, so expect to see the site's banners on MMG, TalkGold and DreamTeamMoney in a few days' time.
Two days ago Xcelsus sent out a newsletter wishing members a Happy Easter Sunday, and that's it. Literally. The admin sent out a one-sentence-three-word only newsletter to wish the members, and that was really funny in my opinion. Well, until we hear about the next payout, which would be in several more weeks to come (note that Xcelsus is a really, really, really low ROI program).
