Xcelsus is a long term low ROI program, and when I say long term, I mean really, really, really long. You're looking at 4% per 20 business days (Mon - Fri), and your principal is locked in for a period of 200 business days. That's only the first plan, called Micro Test Plan. Upon maturity, your principal is returned, and you gain a net profit of 40%. That's 40% in 200 business days. Perhaps some of you would seriously want to consider whether this program is for you, because I know some investors are in this game for the quick buck, and if you are one of those fast gunners, I would suggest look elsewhere because Xcelsus would definitely not fit your criterion.
Xcelsus is on a licensed script from MonetarySoft, which is quite a standard script in the industry, but one caveat would be a lack of details on the user's back office. Usually, these scripts are used by high ROI HYIPs as the payout ratio are pretty much set from day 1, and you know how much the program's supposed to pay you each day. However, in this case, Xcelsus pays out once every 20 days, and there's no indication of how much you're earning per day as no statistics whatsoever are displayed on the site. Nonetheless, I'll get on to that soon enough. Hosting is A-class right here, as Xcelsus hires the service of Dragonara, which is known for its near-flawless service.
There are 5 plans offered right now, and perhaps in the near future, only 4 will be offered because the first plan, also the most affordable plan, is offered for a limited time only, and the admin will drop it after the plan reaches a certain number of investors. First off:
Micro Test Plan (for a limited time only)
Pays every 20 business days (not during the 20 business days, but after 20 business days. Expires after 200 business days and returns a net gain of 40%. Min. to invest is $50, and the maximum is $999.
Freshman Plan
Pays every 20 business days as well. Matures after 600 business days, and returns a net gain of 90%. Principal returned upon expiry, min. to invest is $1000, and caps at $4,999.
Junior Plan
Pays every 20 business days, matures after 600 business days, but pays a higher return. A net gain of 120%, with principal returned upon expiry. Min. to invest is $5,000, and caps at $9,999.
Senior Plan A
Pays every 20 business days, matures after 600 business days, and pays an even higher return. A net gain of 150%, with principal returned upon expiry. Min.: $10,000. Max: $49,999.
Senior Plan B
Pays every 20 business days, matures after 600 business days, and pays a premium return. 180% net gain, with principal returned upon expiry. Pays a premium price to join as well, as min. starts at $50,000, and caps at $100,000.
I'm personally in the Micro Test Plan right now, as, well you can call me poor :p, that's the only plan I can afford! Perhaps some of you are willing to take a risk with this one, which someone out there already did, as the admin announced few weeks ago that someone already invested in the Senior Plan A. A very low ROI which shouldn't be a problem for the admin to payout. Nonetheless, I'd still recommend proceed with caution, because no matter how convincing a site looks, there's always still a risk involved in any program associated with the term "HYIP".
Right now, a strong list of payment processors are accepted. The regular names are LR, PM, AP, Bank Wire and Western Union. The not-so-common names are Paypal and MoneyBookers, two names which are not quite the HYIP-household names. Even though both are popular payment processors, due to the companies' strict implementation of company rules, HYIPs usually stay away from those 2 payment processors. I've not tried the deposit via Paypal option, so anyone who has, please let me know whether or not it works. I have personally encountered many admins who claim they found loopholes in Paypay's system, only to find them squirm later when Paypal shuts down their accounts, along with all the funds in the accounts.
In my opinion, Xcelsus is a slow, steady-growing program that will attract it's own share of investors -- people who like to play a safe game and are willing to wait a longer period of time in order to make a small but decent profit. This is one section of the market that is slowly, but surely growing now, and I suspect an experienced admin is running the show because he knows how the market trend is going, and he's positioning his program in such a direction in order to take full advantage of the shift. I think this one will be here for a while, and will definitely be a good way to start off a long-term investment portfolio.
Other News:
Underwatersurf has announced another long list of accounts that have been suspended. Seems like the same person keeps self-referring in order to earn the referral commission. What a despicable investor, as what he/she is doing is actually cheating on the system, and indirectly, syphoning our hard earned money away. Here's the newsletter:

TopFinancial sent me my daily notification again, and I'm currently doing a 100% compounding, which should be no problem as I believe TopFinancial is a very, very solid program and should probably deserve as much hype (pun intended) as GeniusFunds does. You should take a look at it if you're thinking of expanding your investment portfolio right now.
That's all for today folks! Look forward to tomorrow's post, as I'll prepare another review of a promising new program called EuroNanoInvest! See you tomorrow!
