TopFinancial came to my attention when I was lazily browsing MoneyMakerGroup about a week or two ago. I was looking for a sustainable and consistent performer that will act as an alternative to GeniusFunds. At first, I wasn't convinced that Top Financial was even close to Geniusfunds. It seemed to me that these two programs were in different leagues! But boy, was I wrong!
This serendipitous encounter compelled me to investigate further, to look deeper into Top Financial and see for myself whether the program is as good as it claims, or in this case, the members claim, to be.
My first discovery: BlockDos hosting. TopFinancial is protected by BlockDos and this is a very big PLUS on my checkbook. As we all know, or should I say seasoned investors(lol..), BlockDos is one of the best, if not the best Ddos protection sites in the market money can buy right now. A month of protection from them is very costly. When I say costly, I mean prices in the range $400 to thousands. Of course, this can be checked if you contact BlockDos's customer support, which can be reached *here*. BlockDos is known to be stable and of top quality. Downtimes are virtually non-existent, and Ddos attacks are often mitigated without much interference to the site's ongoing operation. This sort of near-impeccable service is now often associated with BlockDos and Dragonara, whereas Koddos and BlackLotus are of, if I may, second-class quality.
My second discovery: Top Financial is on a dedicated server by Tangram Ca., which is quite a high-profile hosting provider that has worked with big shots such as SunSilk, Warner Bros. and such. Perhaps some of you are familiar with a HYIP called GoldNuggetInvest, which in my opinion populated the concept of sports arbitrage. Well, GoldNuggetInvest and TopFinancial both share the same server, and by this, I do not mean, in any way possible, that these two programs are from the same admin. No, what I mean is that both these sites hire service from a very prominent server, and each is a front-runner in their respective fields (I still think GoldNuggetInvest has a chance to weather through their current "economic crisis").
I have discovered many other great things about TopFinancial that deserve to be mentioned as well! Positive and absolutely awe-inspiring features that most investors have probably overlooked. But due to time constraint, and concentration-constraint (i know most of you guys just want to read the important stuff, ie payment plans and rating :p), I will mention just a few more. SSL security is provided by Comodo, which in my opinion, is another top-notch service provider. Let me remind you that SSL security is "an acronym for Secure Sockets Layer, a global standard security technology adopted by Netscape in 1994. SSL is designed to establish encryption and identity assurance. It creates an encrypted link between the web server you are visiting and your web browser. The link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browser remains private and secure."
This essentially means that SSL security helps to ensure your data is not leaked to hackers who are waiting just around the corner to steal your information and important financial documents! And if those above-mentioned features are not enough, TopFinancial has a lot more to offer!The script is very unique and I believe it is a custom script. In my experience, admins who utilize their brains in designing and implementing different aspects of their programs usually are good admins, or at least paying admins. I mean, take some time to think about it: if you're really focused on having a long-term program that will provide a stable income for yourself, won't you take some extra time just to make it stand out from the crowd? Won't you want it to be the best? Won't you want it to be, at least, appealing to the investors? And what better way to do that than choosing unique, custom script coupled with original texts on the program? I, as an investor, would definitely have more confidence in a program if I see custom script, beautiful template and original texts used on a site, in contrary to a scam, filthy-looking site with copy-pasted text, word for word, from another website. That is just plain obnoxious and downright lazy! A surefire way to tell a scam from a good investment site.
Ok, moving on to the payment plans. There are 3 payment plans offered, and only the first plan offers variable daily interest. The first plan is called Level 1, which offers a variable daily interest rate of 1.1% to 1.4%, with a minimum of $10 to $999. The second plan is called Level 2, which offers a fixed daily interest rate of 1.8% (or 9.0% per week), with a minimum of $1000. There seems to be no maximum to the amount of money allowed in this plan. The third plan, which is called Level 3, offers a whopping 2.1% per day 5 days a week, with a minimum of $10,000 and no maximum for this one as well. It is unclear whether you can invest $10,000 in Level 1 plan, but I doubt you would want to do that as all the plans will mature after 210 business days, or approx. 7 months. There's an ongoing promotion right now for investors with "significant investment", which translates to investment worth more than $20,000+, and you can contact the support team to get your individual interest rate. Edit: You need to invest more than $100,000 to get a special rate. And the administration reserves the right to change the interest rate at any time.
This is overall a very attractive and almost perfect investment program as it offers solid security, sustainable investment plans and robust support system. I often receive responses to my support tickets within 72 hours. And most of the time, responses come within hours! But if I really have to say one thing that I don't like about Topfinancial, it would be the payment processors accepted. EDIT: The admin told me that he plans to add more payment processors in the future, and bank wire will be one of them. For one, there are only 2 payment processors accepted as of this writing, namely LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney. It is an undeniable fact that these two processors are widely used in the industry right now, but it would severely hamper the site's growth by not offering more payment processors. Edit: bank wire will be added really soon, so keep a lookout for that guys! Yes, we have cases where sites that offer only 2, or even just 1, payment processors last for more than a year, but those are very rare cases. So rare, in fact, that I can only think of 1 site right now that has survived more than a year. Yes, it will be a lighter burden for the financial support team as fewer payment processors = fewer processing work to do = easier job. But flexibility is also a very crucial aspect of a program, and if TopFinancial really aspires to soar above Geniusfunds, which isn't impossible, addition of more payment processors should be looked into.
Secondly, TopFinancial doesn't have promotional banners available on members' backoffice! That's something I'd like to see improved, because I am all set to promote this great program!
All in all, I'm fly sky high with Top Financial, are you ready to jump in?

I would like to inform everyone about this since I have been getting quite a few emails on it. The question is - Why you were not credited interest on Monday? We pay interest on business days. Since interest is credited 24 hours after deposit this gets credited a day after for the interest earned from the day before. Therefore Sunday's interest should be credited on Monday but since there is no interest on weekends then this will not be credited on a Monday. You will get Monday's interest on Tuesday (today). The same goes for Friday - Interest for Friday is credited on a Saturday even though Saturday is supposed to be a non business day. In other words the Saturday and Sunday interests are shifted to Sunday and Monday. This is how the script works and cannot be changed.
I have also been asked how can I sustain such a site and where do I create profit from. I am going to explain to you all how this is being done - I have been a forex trader for almost 2 years now. I spent a little over a year trading part-time and I quit my job last year to focus on Forex Trading full-time. I use FXCast as a broker since they accept e-currencies and it does not take very long to withdraw and deposit funds. I do not use all funds deposited to Paramount Profits to generate profit with. I use between 60-70% and the rest is kept to maintain the daily running and interest payments. This is the most fair and unbiased way that I found and also easiest on my side for both accounting purposes and site management.
We have reduced the minimum withdrawal amount to $1 from $5. This is after many request were made by members and to offer more flexibility in payments and investment strategies.
We will be moving to a more secure and better hosting service next week. We will migrate to a BlackDos server with plans for tighter security. I know BlackDos are the best in the business and I look at Paramount Profits to be one of the best also therefore I feel we should have this security and optimal hosting. More details on exactly when and what times we will be moving will come later this week.
I am also starting a small promotion campaign to get the word out there. Anyone depositing $10 or over gets a 10% bonus added to their account.
