The site is, reportedly on the site itself, registered and based in Monte Carlo, Monaco, and a further in-depth research on whois reveals that it is indeed so.. (The IP address associated with CedexInvest originated from Ukraine..Hmm..) The registrant of the site is called Joe Pinnet, who is also the admin of CedexInvest.
The FAQ section is pretty typical, with the usual questions and answers. Although, this time the answers are not quite as lofty or formal as other HYIPs. You can judge from the answers that the person who prepared the answers is probably not a native English speaker, nor is he well-versed in the language. Nevertheless, it is easy to understand, and provides sufficient details to answer the general questions. If you wish to inquire more, you can write to them via the Support section, or you could log on to the Live Chat section. Either case, customer support is pretty efficient, and you should get your answers within 24 hours.
Moving on to the payment plans, there are 3 types of payment plans offered. Your principal is locked in for 62 days, which will be returned to you upon expiry. The first plan is 2.4%, with a minimum of $10 and maximum of $15,000. The next is 2.8% with a minimum of $15,001 to $25,000. The third, and final plan, offers a whopping 3.2% with a minimum of $25,001 to $1,000,000. In my opinion, the only viable investment option here would be the first one, as the other 2 plans are too risky. For those adventurous ones, of course, the other 2 plans provide higher returns and therefore, might suit their tastes. For the average Joe, the first plan should be the way to go. The interest is paid daily, 7 times a week into your cash balance, and you have to request it in order to cash out. There's no compounding option, although you CAN invest via your account cash balance.
CedexInvest accepts only two payment processors, namely LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney. There are no plans to increase the number of processors, and that, in my opinion, is a wise move as it decreases the amount of workload, and subsequently ensures the workflow progresses smoothly. CashItsInstant has decided to offer more goodies for the members, and as the site template does not have any excess space on it, the admin decided to remove the monitor listing in order to make way for the offers. Not a very wise move I would say, as that was the only remaining monitor on the site.
