TalixMetals, as the name suggests, claims that it specializes in scrap metal trading, and although I am no professional in such a field, it is indeed a highly profitable business. Nonetheless, there are no substancial claims that would certify the program's legitimacy in such a business, so I would suggest to treat this program as just another HYIP.
There are ..Hmm...This is a very funny thing about the program, as it has about 4 programs that pay exactly the same interest (10% per week), and all of them have the same minimum and maximum investments! I'm sure this has baffled some investors as well. Well, not to worry, put it simply, you invest $100, you will be paid 10$ each week for 10 weeks. Then, your principal will be returned. Therefore, that effectively means your net profit would be 100$. Pretty straightforward, and you don't have to confuse yourself with all the names of the plans, such as the Palladium Plan. Dang, I have trouble even spelling it LOL..
The site has no Ddos protection as of today, and the server is rented for a year only, which is not something out of the norm for a new company. Usually I would look at that stat and ponder for a second whether or not the admin is serious in continuing this program. The longer the rental, the more serious the admin is. Nonetheless, that's not a proven theory, so I can't comment too much about that :p
Anyway, TalixMetals seem like a solid program with an originality added to the mix, whilst I've not talked to the admin yet, I look forward to his response as I've sent him an interview request. I would certainly recommend you guys to join in this one early, as you all know how it is in this business. Notwithstanding the fact that it IS still Black December, something of a low-ROI such as TalixMetals that has a good, sustainable plan with some originality and decent script is definitely worth taking a look.

This is actually a great paying site, and offers very high ROI, but looking at the stats, many people are only investing small amounts as I guess they are not that comfortable with the site..And the fact that it is Black December contributes heavily to that case as well..Nonetheless, I would suggest that you take a look at that program and decide if you want to play with the program. It has daily paying plans, which offers 12% daily for 12 days paid directly into your PP, and it also has pay on expiry, which is 140% after 7 days, and another is 220% after 10 days!
