4RealCash and FastCashSurf have both been officially moved to Closed section on TalkGold this morning as the moderators found out that the admin(s) of both sites are unethical in his/their conduct. In my opinion, GnD aka John is indeed the same person. He claims that his brother, "John" runs the show at 4RealCash, but I doubt any of that is true. Right now, GnD (admin of FastCashSurf) is asking his members to reinvest funds in 4RealCash as a means of transferring balance from FastCashSurf to 4RealCash. Here's what he plans to do: He wants members to invest the amount they have right now into 4RealCash, and then he will manually refund the members.

I have posted many times on various forums to advise members to stay away from these 2 sites, and I suspect he's not running just these 2 programs right now. Another of his signature site, 9daily15 was recently not paying after a slew of incidents happened at both FastCashSurf and 4RealCash. So if you notice any sites that you suspect belong to GnD, please let me know so that I can inform others to be careful of this scam artist. Here's his latest attempt at sucking more money from members:

28 February 2010 - BioTechInvFund Review

NOT PAYING

Hi guys! In today's world, or even just in the States, healthcare issues are frequently debated. It is not alien to most that healthcare is indeed one of the most lucrative, if not the most, industries in the world. Now what can you do to take advantage of such a situation? The answer: BioTechInvFund. By investing with them, you can take a slice of this delicious money pie too!

Today's program, BioTechInvFund claims to be professionals in this field, and that they invest the investors money in biotech-related investments, in contrary to the usual gambling, sports arbitrage and forex trading business. This is a unique concept, and although I wouldn't bet my bottom dollar that it's necessarily true, that will perhaps carry them forward in the long run. Let's take a look at what these biotech-professionals have to offer in the HYIP world.

Payment plan is simple and highly lucrative: 2% daily for 7 days a week, and principal is returned upon expiry. Maturity is set at 180 calendar days, which takes into accounts Saturday and Sunday as well. To make the deal even sweeter, compounding is allowed as well, which can be set at any amount you prefer, eg. 0% (daily payout), 75% or 100%. Personally I think BioTechInvFund is still too young to determine whether or not they'll last, therefore I would definitely suggest against doing 100% compounding. However, if you're a risk taker, a 75% compounding or maybe even higher would be great, considering the fact that BioTechInvFund has been really promising ever since the beginning. If you would like to withdraw prior to the expiry, that option is available as well. However, this comes at a price. For example, if you invest $100 with them for 30 days, that would be a total of 60% ROI. Say you want to withdraw at this point, the admin will take away the profit that you've withdrawn from your principal and add another 25% withdrawal fee on top of that. Not a really smart thing to do if I were you, as the hefty fees would've taken away the whole point of withdrawal — which at this point would've cost you more than if you were to continue with the program.

The site is hosted on a dedicated server by a foreign server company called Ecatel Ltd., a name that's unfamiliar in this industry. Well, in any case, the server has been performing up to par with other industry benchmarks like Staminus, if not better. The script is a custom-made one that offers unique and personalized features. The texts are original, and they even have a glossary page(a list of definitions of various technical jargons! That is very considerate of them, but I doubt I'll ever come across those words in my life. Ever. So, it's safe to say that I'm not worried about hosting and server issue with BioTechInvFund as it seems like it's in good hands.

One drawback that I see currently is the choices of payment processors offered. Currently they only accept LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney, with international bank wire transfer in the pipeline. As always, lack of payment processors offered will be a bottleneck in the long run, and I'd like to see how the admin handles that issue in the future because if he handles it well, perhaps this could be another NanoMoneyCorp, a long-term low ROI HYIP that has been running for 4 years straight and one that is also involved in tech-related industries.

In a nutshell, I like what I saw with BioTechInvFund, and they have prepared a professional-looking site with sustainable payouts to entice more investors, which isn't a bad thing per se, as it shows that the admins have been pouring efforts into making the site a success.

Nonetheless, a beautiful site should *not* be a yardstick to measure whether or not a site will last. In fact, there have been many sites in the past (recently, as a matter of fact) that scammed large amounts of money as they deceived the investors with beautifully-crafted sites. There is always more than what meets the eye.

4RealCash and FastCashSurf are officially scams right now, as the admin(s) deleted both my accounts on both sites. I joined both programs with $600 in FastCashSurf and $500 in 4RealCash, only to find out several days later that the admin(s) blocked my accounts and ignored my support emails. Finally, I sought advice from Alzander, a trusted monitoring site admin who's known in the industry to be fair and honest, who also had similar problems with the admin(s) of 4RealCash and FastCashSurf. He told me to post the truth about the situation, which I did, and then the admin(s) start to harass me with verbally abusive emails. Here's some of the excerpts from the emails he sent me:

You can probably judge for yourself who's the one being the real scammer here. You also have probably noticed that both GnD and his so-called brother, John, have the same style of writing. I guess they're both the one and the same. And here's another latest update on FastCashSurf, which the admin claims current members of FastCashSurf can transfer their account balance to his brother's site, 4RealCash.

We are pooling together as any thing more then a 2 or 3 % site will not work. We are not running we are trying to build something that will work for you and everyone else.

Hi guys! Today I bring forth some good news and bad news from the industry? Which one will you pick to listen to first?

Hmmmm..Assuming that I'm a psychic, and you're really trying to guess, I'd say you want to listen to..................Bad news first...(Sorry for the lame joke, but someone has to lighten up the situation right? )

FxStar announced that they had some security problems yesterday and would take them a day to fix all the issues. To be honest, I experienced that same exact problem — not being able to withdraw as nothing happens right after I input the financial password — but I was able to withdraw later that day. A hefty sum of over $200+ was paid instantly to my LR account. I wasn't that concerned with the issue at the moment as I thought it was a script glitch, and thus I dismissed any thoughts that would suggest otherwise. However, as of this writing, numerous members are facing the same problem, and there's no support system available at the moment as well. To compound the problem, there has been no updates from the admin thus far. Hence, I have to move them to Problematic status for now, at least until I hear any updates from the admin.

4RealCash is definitely a scam program, because even though some members are still getting paid, the admin repeatedly refused access to my account, and this morning he deleted my entire account. Please do not invest there anymore, because the admin is untrustworthy, and he just wants a quick buck. In fact, he sent me numerous nasty emails right after I posted about his wrongdoings. As the emails are verbally abusive in nature, I decided not to post the details here.

FastCashSurf, another site that is managed by the admin of 4RealCash(even though he claims that his so-called "brother" runs it), is another notorious example of GnD's classic moves. He moved all the big payouts to account balance, and pays only the ones with "spare change payouts", ie. $2.50, or $0.50. I have a total of $362 in cash balance now, and that's not including the other ad pack he didn't credit me. Please do not invest there as GnD's a real scam artist who wants nothing more than quick cash.

Ok, enough of bad news for today, let's hear some good ones..

I've been paid instantly by Euronanoinvest, Dragadox and Affluent-Market today. I would like to remind you that these 3 sites are slowly gaining my confidence, albeit the fact that they're still infant sites no more than a month old. Nonetheless, the admins from all 3 programs have shown that they are very motivated to run a long-lasting program, and thus far, I really like what I see..Keep up the good job admins!

247Shack, an autosurf I just reviewed sent out a newsletter today concerning the review on my blog and also the addition of ticket system and Live Support. This, according to the admin, will definitely facilitate the communication between members and 247Shack's admin. Here's the newsletter:

Another update from Waterinvestment reinstates the program's stability as StrictPay is now added to the program. You can invest on the site via StrictPay now, and in my opinion, that's a great leap as StrictPay requires verification of your ID before you can use any of its functions. One of my readers just opened up a new StrictPay account, and he told me that he tried to invest via StrictPay but couldn't because he needs to be verified prior to using StrictPay's services.

OneDailyPro is also proving to be a very promising program as I received my payouts almost instantly today. I forgot to withdraw for a few days (forgetful me :p), and the amount totalled to a nice sum of just over $10. I'll keep a close eye on this program and it's one of the sites I'd recommend if you wish to join a low-mid ROI program with a sustainable plan and proven track record.

25 February 2010 - 247Shack Review and Other News

NOT PAYING ANYMORE

Hi guys! I've been warned many times to stay away from autosurfs, (for good reasons) however, this time I just have to recommend a good program. The program's called 247Shack, and it offers a mid-term somewhat low ROI. But that's not the primary reason I think it'll last for a while; I've many friends who are currently involved in this program, and they have been really accurate in predicting the lifespans of many programs in the past.

I'll just like to let you know I've personally invested $440 in this one, and that's a huge leap of faith for me — I wouldn't invest that much if I didn't believe it will pay me.

Ok, moving on to various aspects of the program.

1. Hosting and Script

247Shack uses the all-popular Gotenks script which had been used in the past by sites like Pac4All, ParamountProfits and Adsxtreme. I do not associate 247Shack's administration with the admins who scammed as scripts are readily available online, and it's not an exclusive commodity which can only be used by 1 admin. I like Gotenks script as I personally think it's really easy to navigate, and it has relatively fewer flaws compared to scripts like GoldCoders. As Gotenks script is used, this means you can only invest in blocks of $5, which means you can invest from a minimum of $5 and in increments of $5, eg. $10, $15, and $23 $25...

247Shacks is hosted by Staminus, and it's on a dedicated server as well. Security-wise, Staminus is definitely a renowned high performer in its field, so there's not much concern on that.

If it were Koddos, however, I'd be more careful........But let's not go to that :p

2. Payment Plans

247Shack offers 2 types of payment plans: Expiry and Daily.

1. 6% Daily for 20 Days(Daily Plan)
• Net Profit: 20%
• Min: $5 Max: $5,000
• Pays daily


2. 8% per day for 15 Days (Expiry Plan)
• Net Profit: 20%
• Min: $5 Max: $5, 000
• Pays upon expiry

As you may have noticed, these 2 plans pay the same exact net profit, which is a healthy 20%, but the daily plan takes slightly longer to complete 1 full cycle. To be exact, the daily plan takes 5 days longer to complete 1 full cycle, and as it pays 6% daily, it'd take you approximately 13 days to 16 days to recuperate your seed money. If you consider the risk/profitability ratio there, 15 days to get 120% seems like a better deal. But it's not.

Why?

Because truth be told, nothing lasts forever. I have confidence in this program, but we never know what other external variables that might affect 247Shack's health, eg: Ddos attacks, chaotic mess from payment processors, etc.. And to win in HYIP, it's all about managing your risks and maximizing your profits. Inevitably, a daily plan is the most suitable avenue to take then. For demonstration purposes, let's say 247Shack scams after 10 days, then we would've at least recuperated 60% of our funds, which is always better than losing everything.

3. Payment Processors

Currently, there are 4 payment processors accepted, namely LibertyReserve, Perfectmoney, SolidTrustPay, and StrictPay. I think that basically covers most of the more popular payment processors used in the industry. A wise decision from the admin, I must say, to not include AlertPay, because as I mentioned, you never know what externalities might occur. And I've seen my share of programs being screwed up because AlertPay decided to invalidate the admin's account at last minute.

4. Customer Service

As of this writing, there's only 1 means of communication available: By submitting an email form. This is by no means the best (read most effective) communication method, but the lack of instant support is made up by prompt responses from the admin. I submitted a support mail to the admin today, inquiring about my account's status, and I received a lightning-fast reply within minutes. That really opened my eyes, and I'm further convinced that the admin's really serious about running this program.

5. Other Essential Factors

Besides all the basic info you can find online, there are several other critical factors that play their own roles in determining a program's lifespan. In this case, 247Shack has the support of many experienced members, and this essentially means that it's growing by word of mouth; most programs usually spend a lot in order to get people to notice their sites. Where does all the advertising fund come from? Well, you've guessed it. The program's reserve pool.

Therefore, I really like 247Shack, in many parts because it's more of a people-program, rather than an advertisement-intensive program that forces information down members' throat, and hoping that they'll eventually jump on the bandwagon. As funds are not spent on advertisement, that means more money to go around for members, and this, needless to say, (but I'll say it anyway because I'm a big talker :p) means longevity for the program.

Other News:

There have been numerous posts on forums regarding FxStar's pending status, and the admin has already sent out a newsletter today informing members of the current situation. Seems like there's been a problem with their script, and in my opinion, this shouldn't be something you should be too concerned about, as I think FxStar has long ways to go, and I've just been paid $200+ yesterday. In fact, there had been problems already when I tried to withdraw yesterday, but it got fixed in the end. I got my payments instantly in 2 separate withdrawals of $100+ each. But just for safety's sake, let's not invest there for now until the issues are fixed. Here's the newsletter:

I recently joined this autosurf, which is managed by GnD himself, and I thought he was a reliable admin. I was wrong. His program, called FastCashSurf, was initially paying 8% a day for 20 days, and I invested in his few other program prior to this one, so I thought it was gonna be a good round at least. Well, what do you know? After I invested, 3 days later the admin stopped paying, and removed all payouts to cash balance. I would suggest not to invest in this program. YOU WILL STILL HAVE THAT 100.00 UPGRADE IN ITS ENTIRETY, THUS A DAILY PAYOUT OF 3.00 FOR 60 DAYS! THIS WILL WORK AND YOU NEED CONDUCT BUSINESS AS IF IT ALREADY TRANSPIRED. I WILL HAVE SOME HEADACHES ON THE ALERTPAY UPGRADES THAT ARE UNDER 40.00 SO PLEASE TRY AND UPGRADE YOUR ALERTPAY UPGARDES TO EXCEED 40.00.

Sometimes changes are what is needed even though it might not be a popular amongst you all it is whats best for all. No one will lose and at 3% for 60 days the payouts are very easy to make. Look at this on 5,000.00 my daily out going will only be 150.00 far easier to do then 400.00 when people dont upgrade like the old days. I also am switching servers as this one just dont produce enough up time. All these changes will take place by saturday. Another program that's problematic, for me at least as I see some members being paid, is 4RealCash, which was reviewed a few days prior. There's nothing fundamentally wrong with the program itself as members are getting paid, but it's the admin whom I'm concerned about. He blocked my account without any prior notification or justification, and he doesn't respond to my emails right after I invested. As I mentioned in my review, he is the brother of GnD, and like an old chip from the block (well, not exactly, but just an analogy :p), he emulates his brother just as well. This is a rotten admin trying to scam everyone, so I would suggest not to invest in any program that utilizes similar scripts, as all the experienced investors in the industry know who runs them.

I've received news from UnderWaterSurf today, an autosurf that was paying 12% for 12 days until they were hacked by a gang of hackers called Butabi Crew. Well, the admins told me they will start a new program, with the name unconfirmed yet, that will be hosted on BlockDos.. Still no news with respect to whether or not the members who lost will be credited, but I'll keep you guys posted on any news I get.

Hello my fellow investors! How has the HYIP industry been treating you lately? I hope everything's going fine, and remember: If you don't feel comfortable investing in a program, then DON'T! Because if you're feeling that you're missing out on a good opportunity by not investing, let me tell you that you're actually not. In this industry, we have more than enough sites that share the same or even better offerings.

Ok, enough of my rumbling :p Lol...Today's main character is Affluent Market, a new site that was launched about a week ago, and thus far, I have only good words for it. How did you like the site? For me, I think it's really unique and combines functionality with elegance, something that is not commonly found in HYIP industry, and of which we should expect more. As I mentioned in the intro, there are too many sites that look the same, and some are even the exact copy of others. So I think it is really nice to have a site like Affluent Market that stands out from the crowd. Well, to top things off, the goodies don't end there.

There are 2 payment plans offered:

1. Forex Daily Plan
• $10 - $1000 — 1.2%
• $1,001 - $10,000 — 1.5%
• $10,001 - $100,000 — 2.0%


2. Emerging Market Weekly Plan
• $10 - $1000 — 9.1%

For the daily plan, profit can be withdrawn daily (Mon - Sun) for 180 days. For the weekly plan, your profit is credited each Monday at 9.30am GMT for 26 weeks.

The admin claims that the funds for daily plan are invested in Forex Trading and various other high-yield investments; whereas the funds for the weekly plan are invested in emerging markets such as young developing nations, and they reap profits by investing in various countries that contain reserves of natural resources.

Payment processors are currently limited to only Liberty Reserve and PerfectMoney, and that would be the only con I see from the site thus far. It will definitely help if the admin decides to add more payment processors, namely AlertPay, StrictPay and SolidTrustPay, in the future.

Affluent-Market has a very simple, neat and easy-to-navigate layout, with a feeling of green-freshness ambience spread throughout the site. I like that feeling, and the program doesn't just look good - it performs just as well. There's a new security function that's called SMS verification, which I think is only available on Affluent-Market right now, even though I stand to be corrected.

How does SMS verification works?

When you register, you're asked to register your phone number along with your personal details and account number. Be sure to choose your active phone number, because the program will send a verification pin to that specific phone number everytime you request for a withdrawal. This might sound anal to some investors, but to me, security is a big issue. And seeing that the admin takes some effort to implement such a nice security feature just assures me that he's not just here for the short run, and that he's taking good care of the members' welfare as well.

Support system is really decent too, as you can contact them via Skype, phone number (UK number) and email. NoLive Chat support available now, but I think that's something that can be easily added down the road. Edit: Live Support is currently being developed, and admin announces that ticket system will be added soon so that, according to admin, it'll "make lives easier for members."

In addition, the admin checks back with me for feedback and opinion of his site, which I think is a really great display of character. I mean, not many admins actually do so. For that, I give Affluent-Market a thumbs-up rating. Good job admin! =D

Other News:

Unfortunately, I have to announce Macroreturns is Not Paying anymore. This site that was started by Marco from Gouldsinvest did not even last past the 14-day mark, and one primary reason that could be attributed to the collapse would be the admin's decision to credit all those who lost in Gouldsinvest some funds in Macroreturns. We can't stuff a hole with another, so that would explain the collapse.

As we all know, SazaInvestment is closed already, but according to some of my readers, Ricardo reportedly fixed the script and the deposit button is open again. I've not investigated the issue, but please note that SazaInvestment is Not Paying anymore, so please do not be tricked into depositing.

EuronanoInvest paid me instantly again today, and so did Dragadox. These two infant sites are slowly, but surely, getting more attention. In fact, the support from members have been very encouraging, and if everything goes smoothly, I don't see them having any problem passing the first cycle mark.

HarmonicMarket, a great program paying 3.7% daily for 30 days (net profit is only 0.4%, to be exact) is growing nicely, and I've seen numerous payment posts on forums. I'd like to remind you that you can read the review here, and I am personally in with $300.

TopFinancial is another top-rated program in my book, as there's basically nothing to complaint about this program. The payouts are prompt, security is solid, and payment plans are really lucrative. Well, not lucrative in a high ROI HYIP terms, but I'd rather settle for slow and regular payouts than having to worry about my money all day long.

HugMoney, a short-term high ROI program is now about 45 days online, and it's still doing fine. You can read the review here, and I am very much surprised ( in a pleasant way) that the admin has managed his program in such great manner. Kudos!

Mandarin-Invest has announced the increase of their rates today due to popular demands. The "basic plan" which used to pay 1% daily for 30 days, is now increased to 1.1% daily for 30 days. Here's the newsletter:

Hi guys! Today I received my regular payouts from various programs, and I'd just like to note that I've joined a new program called Affluent-Market, and it's currently doing just fine with a lot of nice features like SMS verification pin and phone support.

Here are the list of programs that paid me:

Dragadox, Euronanoinvest, FxStar, GeniusFunds, OneDailyPro, Mandarin-Invest, Infinitiva and TopFinancial.

It's hard for me not to recommend Dragadox and Euronanoinvest right now, as they are both new programs, which means greater opportunity for you to get in and make some nice profits for yourself, yet they have continually improved on many fronts. One such improvement that has been most noticeable and significant is the addition of instant payout on LibertyReserve. I appreciate the fact that the admins of both programs continue their efforts to push their programs to higher heights.

Affluent-Market is a beautiful site that I joined just a few days ago. Payouts are instant on LR as well, and the security is absolutely top notch. You have the option of adding your phone number during signup, and what they do with your number is — whenever you want to withdraw, Affluent-Market will send you a verification pin via text message. Once you input the pin, BOOM! Money goes into your LR account instantly. The admin never fails me thus far..So that's a very good sign..

OneDailyPro is a great performer as well, even though they're now about 4 months old and yet still showing no signs of slowing down. The admin has recently extended the registration of the site's domain name, and there have been various subtle, but highly welcomed improvements made to the site as well, most noticeably is the site's template. Another recommended program.

TopFinancial is another awesome program that I just can't get enough of! The payouts are now averaging between 1.1 - 1.3% daily, and I like to see that as it shows the site is growing nice and steady without the usual growth spurts that other sites experience. Protected by BlockDos, downtimes are virtually non-existent for TopFinancial, and I always get my payouts on time. Two-thumbs up for TopFinancial!

Another great program that paid me instantly for my 1-month investment with 100% compounding is FxStar. I like the script, I like the support, I like the payment plans, and I like the hosting. What else can I say? A true 5-star program. Well, I'm sure many of you guys have already heard of the great things about FxStar, so I'll just skip that part:D

I've just joined several new programs these last few days, and I'm still monitoring them. WIll post more information about them if I think the sites are good. But I'll definitely post up a review of Affluent-Market soon, within a day or two, as I think it's a great program and it definitely deserves more publicity.

Bonjour everyone :D (That's all there is to my French vocabulary..My sincerest apologies to everyone who speaks French..I hope I spelled it right :D haha..) As today's the start of the week(for me at least), I'd like to start things off with an introduction to HYIP terminology and the various technical aspects of a HYIP/Autosurf that you should always look for.

HYIP Terminology
spend - deposit
lock-in period - a term, usually lasting anywhere from 150 - 180 days or even longer, that you are unable to withdraw your principal
profit - your earning
after expiry - usually means the program pays a one lump sum after a number of days
daily - opposite of after expiry; you will be paid on a day to day basis
minimum spend - the minimum amount allowed to invest
maximum spend - the maximum amount allowed to invest
autosurf - a program that requires you to surf daily in order to get paid
HYIP - opposite of autosurf; you don't need to surf in order to get paid
Ddos - acronym for Denial of Service Attacks; usually initiated by hackers to cause malfunction of a site
Ddos protection - a service to prevent or mitigate Ddos attacks. Notable companies that provide such a service are Dragonara, BlockDos and DdosWhiz
Compounding - reinvestment of profits
template - design of a site, usually includes the placement of banners, buttons and font
script - a list of instructions that indicate how a site presents multimedia files
dedicated server - a server that is leased from a hosting service provider and of which is not shared with anyone else
domain name - analogous to a plot of land in real estate. You can register a domain name from sites such as NameCheap.com, Godaddy.com etc.
SSL-encryption - acronym for Secure Sockets Layer, now known as Transport Layer Security(TLS). This is an online security protocol that ensures the safety of information transmitted online. Prevents hacker from stealing your information.

Moving on, let's take a look at some of the important aspects of a website that most investors look at prior to investing:

Essential

1. Ddos Protection: I think this is one of the most important indications of a site's stability. Most sites hire the service of Koddos, Staminus or BlackLotus. Better sites hire the service of Dragonara and Blockdos, which are the top-performing service providers, and cost much more than other competitors.


2. Script: This is important as well, as a good script means better security, fewer glitches and user-friendly. Notable scripts are Goldcoders, Gotenks and Neversay. Goldcoders is the most commonly used script in HYIP. There were many glitches and security flaws in previous releases of Goldcoders' scripts, but recent releases have been improved with stronger security.


3. Payment plans: Low ROI long term HYIPs usually offer interest rates between 0.5% to 1.5% per day. Mid ROI mid term HYIPs usually offer interest rates between 1.6 - 2.3%. High ROI short-term HYIPs offer multiple plans, ie: 120% after 7 days, 144% after 12 days (12% a day), and 150% after 15 days. Many investors usually spot for red flags in the payment plans offered. An average high ROI short term HYIP usually lasts for a week to 2 months. This is not a guarantee; some sites scam before completion of 1st cycle.

Not-so-essential

1. SSL-encryption: Many investors misinterpret the meaning of SSL-encryption. It is merely an online security protocol, a service that can be purchased for cheap online. The most basic edition can be leased for $20/month. A misconception amongst investors is that a site that uses SSL-encryption is a stable site. As proven many times in the past, SSl-encryption is not an indication of a site's stability.


2. Domain name: Some sites purchase their domain names several years in advance. This is another misconception amongst investors -- a domain name can be purchased for as little as $10/year. That costs as much as your lunch. Purchasing a domain name for 3 years sometimes can cost less than $30 as domain name providers usually provide discount for such a purchase. Do not be misled into thinking a site that has registered its domain name for 3 or 4 years in advance is a stable site. Always be careful when you invest.

I hope my post for today has helped you a little bit in understanding the various aspects of investing online and the many terminologies that are commonly used in this industry. Regardless, the #1 tip of all is this:

*Identify your investment goals, and invest accordingly* - This means do not let your mind clouded by greed; instead, choose a few good programs, which are usually reviewed on my blog, and I assure you you will be smiling all the way to the bank at the end of the day :D

21 February 2010 - 4RealCash Review and Other News

Hi fellas! I've just returned from my trip to Montana, a beautiful state by the mountains, and boy was it freezing up there! I saw a lot of snow though, and the white snow doesn't fail to impress me even though I've been up at Montana for quite a few times already.

Ok, moving to today's topic. Autosurfs have seen better days, and right now, people aren't exactly enthusiastic about joining one. Why? I don't know, but I bet that has something to do with many closing down in a matter of weeks, some even just days. But I'd like to introduce a paying autosurf site that's been online for about 130+ days. Quite a surprising result, if I may note, because I've not seen any autosurf site (well, not in the recent months at least) that lasted over 30 days. The name's 4RealCash, and before you judge whether or not this autosurf is worth your time, let's take a look what it offers, shall we?

4RealCash pays a daily rate of 2%, 7 days a week for 100 days. That, in essence, means 200% net profit, with your principal returned upon expiry. As you can see, 2% daily payout means you will recuperate your principal after 50 days, and anything from then on will be pure profit. Unfortunately, or perhaps fortunately for some investors, compounding is not allowed. Well, not directly from the site at least. You can always withdraw your daily payout to your payment processor, and then use that amount to reinvest. This is an old technique frequently used by old dogs, but just in case some of you green hands are not familiar with it, there you go! Note that compounding is highly risky, and you should only do that if you're willing to take the risk of losing everything.

On first glance, 4RealCash seems like a customized, original surf site with a template not used by any other surf sites prior. But upon closer inspection, you will undoubtedly notice that the site is a modified version of GnD's surfing script. For those of you who have not heard of GnD, he was the admin of GoldenAndDays, which ran successfully for a while, and he perhaps was the one who started the "instant-payout-after-you-surf" trend. There are many imitators, but none have been as successful as he did. Of course, the site collapsed in the end, as does any autosurf site, but those who got in early did get their share of the profit pie. A very delicious piece, if I may say.

And if anyone's wondering whether 4RealCash is related to GnD, then yeah, he's GnD's brother. He ran Cashitsinstant, and that one went for several rounds before it finally collapsed.

Right now, LibertyReserve is the sole e-currency accepted. The admin was pondering on adding AlertPay, but decided otherwise as the AlertPay fees are too high, and that was one of the primary reasons that caused the collapse of CashItsInstant. And, as explained by the admin, many people were cutting corners by filing AlertPay dispute even though they got paid.

Just to be clear about one thing: If you miss one day of surfing, you won't be penalized. As long as you reach 200%, it doesn't matter how long it takes you. By the end of the 100-day lock in period, your principal will be returned, and you can start all over again. By then, you would've been in a large profit margin already, and it would be risk-free if you just reinvest your profit.

In a nutshell, I think 4RealCash is a fun game, and as the admin always says, "If you're tired of fly by night programs, then it's time to join a stable, paying site like 4RealCash."

I told the admin that I was unable to surf for 1 day, and he temporarily shut off my account for that period. Well, the admin did his job, and suspected that I was a hacker at first trying to steal my own information :p lol..But upon further discussion, he was finally assured that I was who I claim I was, and now I'm back surfing and I got my payout for today :D

Other News:

Underwatersurf's admin, Admiral Smalls sent out a newsletter yesterday requesting the members' account information and last password used to login and LR account number. Some members suspected foul play from the hackers, but I suggest otherwise. I think the hackers would have the information at hand already, so this should be safe. Plus, the admin's not asking for personal information, so I sent them my username, password and LR account anyway. Here's the newsletter:

SazaInvestments has finally closed its doors despite support from numerous members. The news was announced today, and the admin, Ricardo admitted that the pressure panicked members had taken its toll on the program, and the ones who were not in profit will be manually refunded. There's no need for a support ticket as the admin's right on it already. 18 February 2010 - HYIP Investment Overview of Week 3 February 2010

Hi guys! Today I'm writing this post from the cold mountains of Montana. I've been on the road the entire day today, which explains the reason for this late post. Without further ado, let's move on to the main topic of today's post =D

First up, I've increased my investment in Macroreturns to a total of $250, and with good reason. Marco has been a very efficient worker, and he's good with money too. His last program, Gouldsinvest lasted about 40 days, and accumulated a total of $40,000+ in funds. The people not in profit were credited in this new program, and the new plans seem sustainable and should be OK for the time being, if everything goes smoothly as it is right now.

I joined a few more programs this week, partly because all my other programs are paying me without fail and the payouts are now being channeled to new programs as a means of decreasing my risk and maximizing profits. The new programs are:

1. EuronanoInvest - I joined this for about a week now, and it's just getting better. Hosted by Dragonara, and pays a daily payout of 1.4%, 5 days a week (Mon - Fri). The admin recently improved the site by implementing instant payout feature on LR payouts, so that's another great plus on top of the already stellar offerings from EuronanoInvest.


2. Dragadox - This one is another solid program which sets itself apart from the crowd by great payment plans and solid hosting. Dragadox is hosted by Dragonara, and offers 1.6% daily for 5 days a week (Mon-Fri). In some ways, Dragadox is very similar to Euronanoinvest—in that they both offer attractive and sustainable payment plans aside from hosting by Dragonara and instant payout feature on LibertyReserve. No compounding is offered for both sites, but I'm definitely satisfied with their performance thus far.


3. OneDailyPro - This is an old program, going by the usual lifespan in HYIP industry. But so far, OneDailyPro has been paying without fail, and as the plans start at a minimum of $15 only, and the lock-in period only lasts for 30 days, it's a fairly safe investment for me as I don't see any red flags so far. I've invested $200 in this one, and I'm getting a nice $2.60 daily payout from them. Another A-list program. One thing I'd like to commend the admin is he took up my advice and gave the site template a new face lift. Many readers complaint about it, and in my review (read here), I wrote a side note about it, and I'm glad the admin reacted positively to it.

My prediction for programs:

GeniusFunds, Infinitiva and TopFinancial are my top 3 paying programs right now. Infinitiva is doing just fine, and I increased my capital to a total of $700 right now. TopFinancial is doing great as well, and since it's still relatively new (launched in October), there's little to doubt about the site's future potential. There has been speculation that GeniusFunds is facing some cashflow problem following the introduction of a new plan called Premier plan that starts at a minimum of $200,000, and in return, offers a fixed 2.4% daily interest and fixed 13% weekly. The maximum compounding percentage allowed is 50%. Here's a look at the site's description of the plan:

There are currently two levels of premier service. The first level is for those that have more than $200,000 but less than $500,000 to invest. This level of investment will qualify you to VIP class shares in both of our investment funds. When upgraded to VIP class, shares of EMGF will pay 2.4% per business day. This is a fixed rate and it does not vary as with C or B class shares. WBMF will pay out 13% per week, on the same basis. The minimum reinvestment level for VIP class shares is 50%.

Well, my take on this is since the minimum to invest in the new plan is set at such a high amount, I can only assume that it's a response from Geniusfunds to investors' requests. Nonetheless, it could be otherwise. As always, do not be tempted by the interest rates offered; focus instead on your overall investment portfolio, which means divide your capital among several good programs. A 10-10 strategy (invest 10% of your capital in 10 quality programs) is a good one to start.

Initially I was a bit sceptical about online investments, but after much patience in analysing your recommendations, I ventured into investing in HYIP and returns were absolutely encouraging, thus giving me confidence to rely on HYIP as my wealth generator.

There will be a few adjustments on my blog these coming few days, because I've finally bought a domain name, hosting server, and a fully customized blog template to accommodate my blog's growth! Phew, what a lot of effort just to get some minor details done, but I want and can only allow myself to provide blog content of highest quality to you guys. Aballong, a new program I joined recently, sent out a newsletter explaining the details of their site and the model of their business operation, which is sports arbitrage. However, contrary to conventional HYIPs that are more than welcome to suck in as much funds as possible, Aballong has limits on the investment pool, $45,000 at any one time, and only 250 members. What is soccer arbitrage?

An arbitrage situation is when bookmakers' values differ enough that they allow bettors to back all outcomes and still make a profit.

Don't the bookmakers know about this?

Yes they do! Bookies don't create arbitrage conditions with their own offers. You can't go to a single bookie and bet on all results without losing money. From a business perspective bookmaker are only interested in making money. An arbitrageur's bet is still a good bet since, in the long-run, the odds are still in the sportsbooks favor. There is a misconception about a bookie need to balance his book. It is believed that with a balanced book, the bookie can make a risk-free profit. This is true. But even if a book isn't balanced and a bookie is "short", and the bookie exposes himself to a possible loss, he still makes money in the long-run because of the overall diversification of all of his bets on all different games. But even taking this into consideration, some bookies may be opposed to clients making money from dealing with them, without incurring the risk. It is, therefore, important to take measures to disguise your activities and not make it obvious that you are an arbitrageur. This is why we are placing our bets on so many different bookies in the internet.

How we make soccer arbitrage work?

Martin must use at least two different bookies. Betting on all results at the same bookmaker won't work. You have to find at least two bookmakers whose prices differ and are high enough so that an arb is created. This used to be quite a challenge but there are so many bookies on the Internet now that we have more options of odds to choose from.


Do arbitrage opportunities REALLY exist?

Genuinely, the frequency with which arbitrage opportunities arise is relatively low, since each bookie is careful not to ride against the general tide of opinion regarding the estimating of a sporting event. Although advantages of a few percent are not uncommon, maybe only 1 book in a 100 or fewer are capable of yielding an arbitrage opportunity. Nevertheless, given the enormous number of soccer events around the world for fixed odds betting today, there is still a good number of sure bets to be found every single day. However, in view of the difficulties highlighted here, only the most dedicated arb-watcher will realistically be able to benefit repeatedly from arbitrage betting with a view to securing a regular income. We are happy to do the job for you.

So I hope to make you understand arbitrage situations easier, I also want to let you know, we do our daily research and calculations to make arbitrage work in our favor, but we can only bet a maximum of $45000 at the moment, once reached we will close the option. We might increase this option in a while, but for now this is the maximum amount we can accept, in the pool. We also have this as the maximum amount for a single person, but please send us an email before you place any deposit over $10000 so I can make sure to handle this amounts accordantly.

SazaInvestments, one of the longest programs I've joined, is currently facing problems with their script, which caused delay in payments recently. The admin, Ricardo, has announced that he's very disappointed with the reaction from some of the members, and now he lets us, the investors, choose whether they continue on, or should they just call it quits and refund whoever not in profit. The programmer we\\\'ve been paid failed to deliver us the script we wanted and the enemies couldn\\\'t stand to not tried to put us down. We explained already to members why the payouts were delayed and we think it\\\'s understandable as long as you\\\'re not thinking as a scammer. However, as long as in this online industry most of them if not all, are scammers we can understand members attitude either. We have two choices now: either those with pendings to wait for couple of more days so we get online the funds loaded already and the site to continue to pay, or to close the site, do an 100% audit and see who ever is not in profit to be refunded and close the site.They called us scammers for no reasons. We told them all from the begining that we are not online wizards but we know to make bussines offline. That is why we couldn\\\'t find the right programmer and we failed on this for now. If members will choose to give us their trust we will continue the payments and everybo dy will be paid into the end and a new script will be released for us by another programmer which hopefully won\\\'t be as worse as the last one. It\\\'s not that we are scammers, or not professionals but online working is something we learned step by step and appearently not fast enough for this kind of clients.
